Fake. The box doesn’t have a serial number and the pallets colors are not creamy and rich like a real one they were chalky and just wiped off. The palette was hard to open. It felt like it was going to break when I pried it open. Terrible and sad.

My pallette arrived unsealed, opened and swatched in several colors. Never again.

Wow, what a disappointment. The colors are either super light or very dark, and the fallout is unbelievable, even with a primer. My rímmel eyeshadow stays on much longer. Bad, very bad value for the price. I’m wondering if I received a knockoff, because I’m watching girls apply this palette on Youtube and the colors look completely different in this kit. I feel ripped off.

I am very unimpressed with this purchase. I knew when I placed the order there would be a risk of the eyeshadow breaking but when I opened the package and saw there was nothing done to protect the makeup it upset me. This makeup is not cheap and the colors are all ruined now because the darkest shade broke. I don’t even know if I can return it with it looking this way. Not sure what to do about this problem, but unimpressed is an understatement.

I received my order and when I opened the box that read Urban Decay inside was a Maybelline palette that has the most horrid colors in it. It flaked off when I tried to apply it and got everywhere. I ordered Urban Decay so imagine my surprise. I feel horribly ripped off.

I was hesitant to purchase this palette because I’m not really into bold colors. I like to stick with natural tones and the blue hues made me skeptical. I have many palettes that I just use a few colors and then when those are gone the palette lives a sad lonely life never to be touched again in my bathroom closet. HOWEVER, I decided to try something new and these colors are gorgeous on! They really compliment my light complexion and blue eyes. They really make my eyes pop. Not in a French hooker kind of way either. This is my new favorite palette!

One of the shadows was broken. I wont be buying any eyeshadows off of Amazon again. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Other than that it seems ok. Sadly, the broken one was the really pretty super dark purple. Going to attempt to fix it.

This product looks used... yes used... makeup all over the outside of the package like it’s been sitting in someone’s old makeup bag and looks like the cups have been refilled. Definitely does not match the quality of the other 3 pallets I have bought for my girlfriend. Extremely disappointed with my $70.53 purchase

It’s an okay product but it’s fake, I’ve bought these pallets before from the actual website. It looks like the pictures and the eyeshadow is an okay quality but I think it’s cheeky to offer a fake product for the same price as the real one so won’t be ordering again

I luv and have been using only Urban decay shadows for sometime now. I tend to do mixing and matching from my other UD collection pallets. Beautiful violet and berry hues.As always these plallet collections are worth it!
