I never write a review unless I really love the product. Unlike other vendors, they have various options for mounting, thickness, font, paint, and stains. The piece is a perfect thickness - I chose the thinner option. Their color options they display must be accurate because the color I choose is the exact color I got. The surface and edges are smooth.I previously purchased a wooden name cutout from a different vendor before this. I looked at reviews and saw they had thousands of them and they were labeled "Best Seller" by Amazon, so I believed it would be the best option. I was greatly disappointed. It was too light and made of cheap particle board, the color didn't match, and it cost the same as this one even though it was half the size. Although Panhandle Mercantile isn't as "popular" their selection and quality is amazing.They also make sure to send the piece safely and instruct you on how to remove the piece from packaging without damaging it.If I ever need to purchase another wooden name cutout or other custom decor, I will definitely order from here, Panhandle Mercantile.

I ordered this early, thinking with the edit and shipping that it would take forever to get here. Within 2 weeks I had my sign. Maybe even less.I am very satisfied with the end product and the customer service I received. This will be in my sons nursery and im so happy I got this for him.

I ordered this sign for my god daughters baptism and it is perfect! The quality is good and it was packaged very well!! I ordered it on May 14th and it said it would be here by June 5th, but I received it today, May 24th! I appreciated that the seller sent me a photo of how it would look so that I was happy with it before they mailed it. I also attached the sizings for a better understanding of it. Perfect product! I have three children and I wanted to get a wooden name for their rooms. I ordered one to see how it was before I bought the others and I was pleasantly surprised how good it was!I ordered them unfinished because I could paint them for cheaper than what they charged.Tip for ordering; Keep in mind it is NOT the height . It’s the length you are ordering. So depending on how many letters are in the name, and type of font will determine how tall the name would be. For example; a name like Kylie would have a different height than if you ordered a name like Adelynn in the same font and size. So obviously, the bigger the name you want, the larger length you would order.I always would check “send proof” box when ordering and they would send me a precut that I would confirm before order is complete.They are amazing in working with you. Each of my girls name was slightly different height because of how many letters were in their name with the same font. One name was over an inch off, so I asked if there was a similar font they could change it to so the name would be closer to the desired height and they were able to do so with no issues. So all three names do not look different sizes. Response time if very quick and I got my order faster than anticipated. They sent the item attached to a board to help prevent damage and it made it so easy to spray paint with it attached to the board to let air dry.Highly highly highly recommend the item! Amazing product and amazing seller! Worth it !

I recently had a daughter and wanted to get her name to put above her crib, I stumbled upon this company and couldn't be happier! Her name turned out great! They sent me a rough draft if you would so I can see what the font looks like before it's made which I thought was nice. It arrived faster than anticipated and is truly exactly what I wanted for above her crib. Of course I don't have a picture but it looks great!

I originally got the sign to go over my daughter’s bed but it was a little to small. so, I put it on the wall when you first come in her room. I love how sturdy the sign is and it is well made. I just wish it could have been a little bigger.

I've bought from this company now twice. Once was a gift for friends of ours with their last name. It came quickly and just as I asked. I ended up painting it for them and giving it to them as their house warming gift. They loved it! I also recently bought one for my best friend who has a new business. I made it her business name. It shipped quickly and they even put in a special note I asked to be put in so she'd know who it came from. She loved it so much! She painted it and hung it in her new studio.
