Immediately, I setup the machine using the very clear and easy instructions that were included. The product worked well that day and has given me consistently good services.I also really like the effort that Mega Distributors took to make me feel at ease about returning the product should any problems develop. Units are of VERY POOR QUALITY. Product shipped promptly the first time. Item turned on, but did not work. Called number inside box and they shipped a replacement quickly. 2nd product worked a couple of times and then the ground connector inside the unit just broke off when unplugging the ground/wrist strap. For over $100 I would think the product would actually work. Requested 2nd return through Amazon and they sent email to Mega Distribution. Unfortunately I had to originally pay over $18 for shipping so will probably have to eat that cost. Not sure if I have to eat more shipping costs to return again. Very POOR QUALITY - so take your chances at your own risk. Both of the units shipped to me were broken either upon arrival or within a couple of uses.

After reading some of the reviews about this not working and it being inconsistent, I was initially hesitant to buy it, but I am very glad that I did. If you follow the directions (even though they are not the best) you will have a great experience.My girlfriend and I both tried it and we both saw different results so this is why it seemed to be working for us. We both have very dry feet and the cell spa cleaned up and smoothed our the bottoms of our feet better than any foot massage. Managing the salinity of the water is very important and will alter your results. What worked best for me was 1.5 (very little salt with my tap water) and we felt results after several days of alternated usage.

Item was as described. The Cellspa Ion Detox Foot bath works great! I would have rated this item 5, but one of the two wrist straps received is faulty. It delivers a constant shocking sensation and leaves a small hole in the skin. I had complaints from a couple of people but couldn't understand why it was bothersome to them.... until I got the faulty wrist strap during one of my detox sessions. Yowza! Needless to say, this strap has gone in the garbage. I will update my review to 5 stars as soon as I receive a wrist strap to replace this faulty one. (I have had this detox machine almost 30 days)

This product is easy to use. It works very well. Before this product,I ordered 2 or 3 machines similar to this one and returned them because they were very hard to figure out. The sellers did not provide a phone number, therefore, I could not have my questions answered. I emailed, but because they do not speak English, I was unable to get any real answers. The seller for this machine, however, is easily accessible and willing to help. I really did not need help figuring out how to use this machine because it’s easy. Boy did I ever have a dirty tub full of water and toxins!!
