After the death of his beloved wife, Mr. Brady struggles to maintain a neighborhood diner in Atlanta Georgia, his few faithful waitresses, have become his only family. Their future is blurred as they too are simultaneously hit with their own personal misfortunes. Though difficult, these loyal women remain employees of Mr. Brady through his hardship, as he has become their respected father figure. When life challenges this little family on many fronts, they persevere and believe in the promise of a higher power.

The film itself was a bittersweet moment and comical.
I myself do collect films for my hobby. And I did like this film.

faith speaks in volumes
I greatly enjoyed the cast. Some are comedians that I've seen in standup from Def Jam Comedy, movies, and such, and others are from Tales from the Hood (Paula Jai), or other romantic-comedy like movies. JJ dad from Good Times, so happy to see John Amos in a movie role. There are also newer faces, never seen until now. You may say this is a low budget movie, but a heartfelt story with how faith works in various forms but is all for His good.Blessed to watch this and even cried at the end.

It was a good and entertaining movie
It was a good and entertaining movie. Glad to see John Amos acting. Music was not so good that was the theme song for the movie,, same string of notes. But the gospel song was great, never heard it beforeHeart warming movie with our people, but some makeup was a bit over, purple lips. The ending did not make any sense when Torry said the boss man was coming when the man died. I was surprised to see that and the girl called him Dad. But it is a good Christian movie with a lot of laughter and helping messages of people trying to help each other when they all are in trouble. It just followed them, but in the end, they all came out with success. I liked that.

Loved it!
Great movie and great message. Paula jai parker's character was a little overtop with the some of the acting and lines 😅, but overall great movie!

Stuck on watching movies
This is a good movie. Will want to know what happens at the end. A certain female is very funny with her character. She played her part well. Glad to see John Amos still acting. Good Sunday evening movie to watch after dinner.

Good movie that shows positive character in people
I rented this movie to view on my Kindle during a flight to Dallas Texas. It was a great story that showed positive themes.
