I recommend this to everyone I know irl! This stuff is wonderful and actually makes me go to sleep consistently unlike gummies I have tried.

I use this product for my 2 sons with severe ADHD. Sleep is a nightmare with them! I found that I did not need to give them a full dosage to obtain the results I was looking for and it's for this reason I will continue to order it. I have not been able to find this dosage in any of my local stores in liquid form nor have I found anything that can beat its price! My youngest son has an issue with taking medicines due to his special needs and I was able to mix this into his juice box without him even noticing! Within half an hour of him taking it, he is ready for bed and sleeps like a dream all night. His mood in the morning is refreshing! I can definitely see the difference in him from using this. My older son tried it without juice and did not care for the taste. Could just be because he's picky. I give him the same dosage as my younger son and while it doesn't help him sleep as well as his brother, he is easier to put to bed and falls asleep better. I could probably up his dosage to obtain the same results as his brother. Very pleased with this product and will continue to order it.

Have been buying this for several years (mainly from Amazon) and they’re currently one of the only vendors who seal the bottle. I recently bought a bottle at a store near me and it had no safety seal around it (the other one on shelf didn’t either).When reaching out to Natrol they said that was concerning as it should always be sealed. Amazon is always consistent with their packaging which gives me peace of mind.

Product came in timely fashion and was listed accurately just what I needed when I needed it. This is my go to nighty night aid it's more natural than most OTC sleep aids & non habit forming but, that parts really on you depends on if you form a habit in your mind daily so take that with a grain of salt.

I’ve been using melatonin to help me fall asleep on nights when I just can’t seem to shut my brain off. I took this liquid melatonin about an hour before bed, and it really works—I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep through the night.One thing to note: you’ll need to take four droppers (each 1 mL) to get a total of 1 mg of melatonin. That’s quite a bit of liquid, and unfortunately, the taste reminds me of Robitussin cough syrup. However, chasing it with water helps make it more tolerable.Despite the taste, I’d still recommend this product if you’re struggling with falling asleep. The effectiveness outweighs the unpleasant flavor for me.

Love that I can take a measured amount. Just what I need for a great sleep. Taste good too!!

Ordered two. Bottles arent even the same label style. One must be newer..?Either way. It works amazing. But. 4mL is 1 mg of Melatonin. So for my older disabled son, I have to give 8mL just to give him 2 mg of Melatonin. He also dislikes the taste. Will probably try a different brand next time.
