The screw heads are too small and fall through the hinge holes. I asked the seller about getting proper screws and they suggested I reorder the item. I plan to return for refund and buy from another source. Don't waste your time either, buy from another source.

Product was packed well and shipped quickly; however, they just don't work. The design is fine, but manufacturing processes (i.e. Quality Control) was lacking.The finish is somewhat marked and scratched, which is OK if it's supposed to be an "antique" sort of appearance. But several of the roll pins were smashed; the screw holes were not countersunk (which would be expected for Flat Head Screws); and none of the four hinges turns easily. I need to buy a different brand.

The widest edge this could fit on and work is 5/8".

I'm using these on a room divider I designed. They work really well and the dark tone doesn't attract attention to them, they let the wood be the visual draw. Just right.

I have a Japanese screen. I needed another hinge to add one more screen. Fits perfactly.

Hinges worked great, I needed them to connect two wooed gate sections together for our pets.
