Color is not white
When I first started to buy this brand the color was indeed white like it says, this time I the white honey is the same color as the Sanfoin.

Seriously Medicinal
Flavor wise, I'll be honest..these aren't my favorite honeys. They're not bad (kinda mild in flavor) but they're not unforgettable. In that department, I prefer a good Lavender, Linden, or Hawaiian. All that being said, these have to be the most medicinal honeys I've ever come across (particularly the white ones). When I heard white honey from this area was good for sore throats, I was skeptical (the same way someone with bad insomnia would look at someone suggesting chamomile tea). I currently have strep throat. I get strep throat (or bronchitis) every year when it gets cold out. Normally I can't kick either without antibiotics. But after putting a table spoon of At-Bashi in a shake this morning and a table spoon in my coffee..I actually had energy at work today, a lot of pain went away, my brain fog dissipated...It's fantastic. My guess is it has something to do with both the hydrogen peroxide content mixed with the Sainfoin and other medicinal herbs in there. (Note: The straight "Sainfoin Honey" isn't nearly as effective as the "At-Bashi" for strep throat, but it still has some effect). For those that are complaining about the white frothy look at the top when they open one of the white honey jars...That honey has not gone bad. It's frothy because of the natural hydrogen peroxide content and that white foam on top look? That's a sign you've got some truly incredible unadulterated stuff...because that foam is a signifies of a lot pollen/propolis/ medicinal goodies still intact. You might not want or need a honey with those kind of medicinal properties, but the hilarious irony here has to be that everyone is looking at the frothy honey of the three, saying it's the one that's gone bad. It's pretty damn hard for real honey to go bad, thanks to the unwelcoming nature of it's low moisture content. But that's especially true of a frothy honey (like At-Bashi), because that heavy hydrogen peroxide content would kill just about anything lol.

special taste and nutritive values..
i had wanted to purchase another small jar of the mountain honey..but amazon no longer permitted this and only offers the smaller jar in this collection of three...for which reason i am now blessed with the three..i’m delighted to have this little extravagance but find it a little deceitful to ask me to spend $25 for the $8 or $9 dollar item i wanted although i could have bought a larger sized mountain honey of this same brand...such antics do not seem ethical nor do i like to see them as part of the amazon service I SO LOVE AND SO ABUNDANTLY DO MY SHOPPING FROM...that shared, the mountain honey is glorious and sufficientlyviscous to let me envelope a hard otherwise for me to swallow little football supplement in it and swallow it thereafter with ease..i didn’t choose this honey for its spreadability rather for its whiteness and its viscosity..anyone who buys these honeys i imagine might be in for glorious taste surprises..they are sooo sooo sooo favorites in my little culinary miniverse...

Reg honey
Well well well...... I’m from issyk kol , my husband is from at bashi, and we lived in Bishkek...... I know how honey tasted there, it a flavor of my life, which I’d never forget. Was so difficult to find good honey here because I want my child to know what Goood honey is, anything good, good milk, good nuts, apricots. And I ordered this honey in hope that it is a honey from those places.... how disappointing it was... it pure sugar... it’s just reg American honey labeled as if it was from Kyrgyzstan. Absolutely not true!!!take any honey and compare, same flavor.

Top Notch Honey From Kyrgyzstan
If you enjoy honey but want to start becoming more of a connoisseur, this is a great place to start. Not at all a bad price especially considering where it is from. All 3 are delicious and give me a boost of energy because I am consuming nature's own superfood. No these aren't those crystal clear honeys you buy at your big box grocer, but you won't find any impurities from these beauties. While referring to my favorite, the sainfoin, as "life changing" may be going overboard, it will shock you because it is like consuming the sweetest flowers ever straight from the Asian fields!

Smooth taste and doesn't overpower
I'm not sure if all natural honey is more nutritious or healthier than the processed honey available in my grocery stores, but the taste is milder and doesn't overpower. I like honey in my tea rather than white sugar and clover and other dark honeys are too strong. This honey is mild and the taste of the tea still comes through. I would recommend.

If you know how a real honey smells like, you definitely have to try it
The taste is awesome and when you just open the lid, honey smells a grass. It means that honey purely made from nicest flowers.I enjoyed this amazing honey with my tea.Bottles size was a little bit smaller than I expected, but the quality of honey worse it.
