Avoid it.
Keto in the title and pictures with rice and ingredients such as rolled oats....which are not keto. The photos are dull, showing items either not keto friendly or sides that look appealing but no recipes for those. Ingredients such as light cream, cottage cheese, tofu, sweet potato and rolled oats which aren’t super keto friendly. Photos on the cover and not all are included in the recipes which include mint soup and quite a few other random meals. There is no cohesiveness to the recipes and zero that I would eat as an everyday meal.

Nice Cookbook!
This book has beautiful color photos of each recipe, which I love! As I look over the recipes, they seem to be simple enough...which is important if they are for the Instant Pot. I have an Instant Pot to save time and I want quick and easy recipes that are not complicated! As far as Keto goes...some ingredients are not keto friendly, such as oatmeal, orange juice, apples, and carrots. Also...there are options to make each recipe low fat or high fat. Keto is always high fat...so I'm not sure why the low fat option is given. Some recipes have ingredients that I am not familiar with, but Katie gives substitutions to use for those ingredients, and I appreciated that. All in all, this is a nice cookbook.

Informative, Beautiful, Keto Diet Cookbook
I am new to the Keto diet, but not low carb eating. I could put together simple, not so inventive meals. This cookbook expands my knowledge of how to prepare low carb, tasty, full meals ,with my handy Instant Pot! It gives me lots of great ideas and expands my knowledge of what and how to eat on a Keto diet. The beginning of the book has a Getting Started section that explains how to calculate calories and macros to make the diet effective.Of course, the recipes are good for anyone that wants to prepare healthy meals in their Instant Pot.In addition, the book is loaded with full color pictures and is well designed.

Great purchase!
Just received my book this week and it’s incredible. The pictures are amazing and I’m excited to to get started. My husband loves the fact that is has all the nutritional info included for each recipe! Simple, easy to follow high and low fat options. We especially love the meal plans included. We are going through it together to see which recipe to try first, lol. This may prove to be more difficult than expected 😜. Thank you for this great book, very well worth the purchase

Really easy to follow. Great for beginners.
As a keto novice, and relatively new to instant pot, I am super excited to try these recipes. The book has great pictures and easy to follow steps. The nutritional info makes it easy to figure out where my meal is on my protein/fat/carb daily intake. Some of the recipes both high and low fat options. Thank you Katie Banks for helping me succeed with my keto diet.

Recipes are simple! Very doable!
I just received my cookbook yesterday and can’t wait to start cooking!! The tandoori chicken and ground beef skewers will be at the top of my list!! So many recipes look very appealing, it may be hard to chose which will be made first!!

Buy Something Else
First of all, the title is misleading and the photos contain so many side items that are either NOT keto at all (Rice, Mashed Sweet Potatoes) that this is a joke. If something says 1,000 on the front and then inside there are 40ish recipies, that's misleading. The high fat vs low fat is confusing and the only reason is so they can pretend to have additional recipes for their "meal plan" which isn't even included, just 2 weeks and you have to download it. So not impressed and as other reviewers have said, their ingredients are not keto. The recipies were just adjusted to make them highest fat with fewer carbs. Terrible.

Terrible book....actually its more like a magazine.
This is why people are hesitant to buy books on amazon, this is a complete waste of money. First, it is more like a magazine, it is only 63 pages. Secondly, many recipes have non-keto ingredients, like SUGAR. Thirdly, the photos have rice in them, when that is obviously not a keto item. Lastly, it looks like they just printed another person's book, there is nothing about the author, no intro to keto, no explanation of ingredients like most keto cookbooks have. It just goes straight to the first recipe. Ohh and the preparation is poor at best. Terrible cookbook!
