Returning 2nd one
I purchased the product based on its' lack of many negative reviews and its positive reviews. The first one I used for 1 cleaning, removed cup from filter to clean and empty debris and then put them back together. After that neither I, my friend or her husband could get the filter apart from the cup so that it could be emptied. I contacted the company over a week ago and have not heard from them. So I contacted Amazon and returned the item. The rep pointed out that this was not a usual complaint about the vac so maybe I just got a lemon. Therefore, I reordered the item.It arrived 2 days ago. Yesterday I unpacked and plugged it in for charging. After 24 hours, it was still on one charging level (there are 4 levels of charge) so I packed it up and am returning for the second time. I also verified with this second one that the cup and filter are very difficult to align to place into the handle with the charging mechanism. Every part of this vac is very difficult to undo and redo - taking head off, removing filter from debris cup, removing attachments for wall hanger, etc. I strongly suggest that unless you are incredibly strong, do not buy this vac.

battery not charging in just 2 months
I initially loved this vacuum, thrilled that it actually picked up dog hair that my other vacuum did not. But after using it for just 2 months, the battery died. I called Amazon customer support. Evidently there is no phone # for this Chinese product. Amazon said it was past the time to return, and wanted to give me a "partial refund" so I could take it somewhere for "repair". I don't think this product would be repairable in the US. Finally because I was very unhappy with this solution, and after numerous holds, the rep said I would be issued a full refund. I think that is the only fair thing to do. I'm disappointed that the vacuum doesn't work.

Questioning this purchase
I like the style and the ease it seems to provide in cleaning. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver. However, the instruction manual is very poorly written, (explanation and grammar). Additionally, I am not sure if this thing is working correctly. It "shifts" on it's own from one 'gear' to another. The beater bar also automatically quits and to re-engage the bar I have to turn it off, then back on. I am not seeing explanations for these issues. As this was the first use, most likely it will be a return. Disappointed.UPDATE- Tried this vac again. The "auto shift" every few seconds still exists, and it doesn't matter what flooring (laminate, ceramic tile). The beater roller bar didn't stop as often though. This will be a return. Darn I wanted it to work as it really does seem to offer the features I looked for.

Broke after 3 months, can't return
They should remove this from Amazon. Poor performance with very little suction. Probably used it 25 times to clean our office. I avoided the hassle of returning it and after 3 months it doesn't charge. Completely broke.Don't waste your money.

DO NOT BUY THIS!
After much research on cordless stick vacumms, and reading reviews the Ziglint sounded right for me. I'm 74 and needed something light and cordless. On 12/31/18 I ordered one. I was excited when it arrived, but much to my dismay it had a factory defect. The canister seemed warped and didn't on the stick. I could not do it. I called Amazon and they were very nice about replacing it. The second one arrived 1/29/19. The battery quit after two and one-half months. I called Amazon and they said I'd had my 1 return now I had to deal with the factory. Guess what? It is in China. I finally found a support web site. No phone numbers to help. I emailed them. The reply was ,we are sorry and we will see what can be done. I waited and waited, so I emailed them again. The next time I was ask to send them videos and pictures of what was wrong with the sweeper. I told them I could not do that as I and made very plain what was wrong . Once again we are sorry and will help you. I've been at this for 6 weeks. I think I'm out my $200.00. DO NOT BUY THIS FROM AMAZON OR ANY WHERE ELSE! Amazon has also let me down.

Terrible
After three months this vacuum died. We purchased in January, it is now May and it no longer works! Is it possible that this vacuum was built to last only a few months? Seems to me that a good product should last longer than a few months and the same goes for the warranty! Would never buy a product made by them again. Very, very disappointed!!!!

DEAD, 2ND USE! OBVIOUS DEFECTIVE ELECTRONIC ISSUE
shifting of motor power and rpm seemed very suspect since 1st use. Power changing erratically without any change in easy gliding hard floor surface , or very little if any load on the suction of the vacuum was concerning.SUCTION POWER CLAIM I DONT THINK IS/ WAS ACCURATE, maybe I am wrong but apples to apples with my old V-6 Dyson, the ZIGLINT LOSES EASILY in the most basic " feel it " and side by side initial use test.certainly I would stay clear and don't take this chance as I did, and knew it in the beginning it was a chance, dumb.I have used and still use my Dyson for years and years at the primary home, but took a chance on a secondary property. Will see how much more trouble and issues this will be as the wait for customer service is now sent in...geez.
