it works as expected, it is really big. It came fine, no damage. It is very heavy and long though, you need two people to install. I installed with my husband. One warning though, that it indeed smells like chemicals the first few weeks. It faints over time, and now there is no smell. I am very sensitive to this, so that made me upset, while my husband almost didn't notice this, so keep this in mind if you are sensitive. Also, in order to view stuff on the big screen I bought this screen, a cheap projector and a fire stick. All totalled to a little over 300$ i think. My husband was arguing that I should've just spent 500 - 600$ to get a big flat screen TV during the sale period. It wouldn't be as big, but still rather big, but no need to hook up the screen, and my projector is situated very oddly right now, because I do not want to hang it up to the ceiling, so there are some set up considerations to keep in mind. But it works as expected, so no complaints.

larger than expected, measure!

I had a 92 inch model from Elite Screens that lasted me about 10 years. It performed its job, but always had some waves in the screen, and lost durability as time went on. As my kids managed to put some rips in that model, I was looking for a replacement of the same brand, but didn’t see any reviews that were overwhelmingly positive. I decided to go with this model due to the ridiculously low price, eight more inches than my previous screen, and availability in white, versus the black I had. So far my expectations have been exceeded. I never get anything delivered that doesn’t have some kicked in corner on the box, but somehow this 100 inch monster ended up on my porch in perfect condition. The box was enclosed in shrink wrap even. Adequate bubble wrap was found inside, encasing the screen assembly with no dents or dings. Keeping in mind that this is a sub $100 unit, or half the price of my previous screen, it has less waves to distract and a bigger screen area to entertain. No difference in brightness even with the bigger size. For the price paid, I’m ecstatic and have absolutely no complaints about the high quality of this product.

First off this screen is cheap so we all have to know you get what you pay for. The screen itself is thick and the black backing is good. You can also wasily wipe this screen down if needed. You can get a decent picture in the daylight if you have a good projector. Installation is a snap with only 2 hooks and some dry wall anchors needed in the ceiling. The screen shell is solid and overall its feels secure. The bottom weight could use an extra lb but that isn't hard to fix if you have any creativity and home owner experience. However, mine came straight with no edge issues or bending.The negative to me was the screen locking in place. Its like an old school window shade that gets pulled down and locks in place. The problem is that it has pre set locking positions and you cannot simply lock it anywhere. This could be an inconvenience if installing this over a dresser and dont want it pulled down well beyond the white screen edges. This product offers more black outline at the top but in reality for a standard 10’ ceiling isnt needed. However with this product you either have to use the several extra black edges or lock the screen losing several inches of white screen. This was not an issue I thought about before owning. If this could be locked in any position it would be perfect in any application. However with this screen you must carefully measure out your space to make sure it works. At least when it comes to where you install it. Also overall the locking system really comes across as the least quality aspect if the product and i have concerns if its longevity.It also does have a very strong plastic/PVC odor coming out if the box that takes 24 hours to get rid of. I opened mine and left it outside on the deck overnight and could still pick up a mild smell the next day. To me not a huge deal but a small apt and could be for at least a few days.Overall with this you get what you pay for and in my opinion probably worth the money if it holds up over time.

This projector is very good for the money. It rolls up into the housing and rolls out with no creases. It's super easy to hang up. I just put two hooks outside on the side of the house that are there all the time now, and when we watch a movie, we take the screen outside and hang it up (one loop on each end to hang on each hook). Easy as that. Picture quality is great too, but I think a lot of that has to do with the projector. Also, the housing got rained on twice bc we forgot to bring it in. We did remember and got out the rain and dried it off, but no rust from the short time it was wet and a decent job drying it.

This screen is perfect for the patio or deck. Family movie nights have never been better. Clear screen and well made. Definitely a great purchase.

I was using a 16:4, 2x4 frame with marine grade bright white naugahyde upholstery stretched over. Looked excellent but taking up too much room in our patio. Watch videos on how to roll up a screen and save a lot of grief. I did and my screen works flawlessly for now. No wrinkles in the material. Instructions say pull handle toward you and release. That should say "let slowly retract" keeping control all the way back up. I have a string on the handle. Don't just let go. Ha. I also got 3 year warranty for $10 more. Now to find a buyer for my old free standing frame screen.
