Perfect roasting pan
This is the perfect size pan for everyday meals. I will never cook my chicken in any other pan! After removing the chicken I made gravy right in the pan. It cleaned up beautifully as well. I am impressed. It handles like a top shelf pan. Do not hesitate to buy this!

Well Designed, High Quality Stainless Steel Pan
I am delighted with the TramontinaI stainless steel roaster. I bought this pan so I could roast a large turkey for Christmas dinner. I ended up putting in 2 twelve lb. birds sidewise. The Tramontina pan is large, heavy and solidly built. I wanted stainless steel racks (not teflon ones) to roast meat. Both racks are strong and easy to clean. The pan is well balanced and the handles are positioned just right to securely lift over 20 lbs. of turkey out of the oven. I also wanted a large pan to roast vegetables. This pan is heavy on the bottom and distributes the heat beautifully so all the vegetables roasted perfectly. I couldn't be happier.

Used it over Thanksgiving and loved it. Works with induction stove.
I really enjoyed roasting a 24 pound turkey this year in this product. I roasted it in the oven and finished it on a Traegar smoker. I used this pan to make gravy on the induction stove after that. I love it works great, cleans up beautifully with a little barkeepers friend. Low profile for storage. Would definitely definitely purchase again.

Great pan but had a small dent by handle
I like this pan for the money. It’s not as heavy as some of the more expensive brands, specifically one that starts with an “A”, but it will definitely do the job. The size is perfect for extra large roasts or even two pork shoulder roasts when we make kahlua pork. The two racks are very sturdy and are wonderful additions to the pan. One customer added that it isn’t great for stovetop gravy but I make mine in a saucepan so no worries there for me. However, It did come with a small dent in the lip under one of the handles. It’s hardly noticeable and I doubt it will affect the wear as there isn’t a seam there, but it’s still a dent. I would have returned it if it was a gift for someone else. Tramontina really should do a little better quality control. Still, a great pan for the money and I am sure it will last for years to come.

Great Customer Service
I am very impressed with the customer service I received when I lost the basting rack. I reached out to Tramontina USA to inquire about purchasing a replacement rack and they got back to me immediately and efficiently and my new rack is on its way. I am thrilled because this is the perfect roasting pan for the extra large turkeys our neighbor raises. Even though I’ll only use it once a year, I consider it a good purchase.

"You Won't Be Sorry" Roasting Pan!
I was a little skeptical about ordering this roasting pan, as I am an All-Clad fan. But I can assure you, you will NOT be sorry if you order this. It's a great size for a large turkey, and I LOVE that it doesn't have a non stick finish to it, so you don't have to worry about potentially eating toxins along with your gravy! My pan didn't come with the roasting grill as I expected, but I contacted Tramontina, and they sent me one straight away. Again, thrilled that the rack is also stainless steel, so you don't have to worry about a coating flaking off. Highly recommend this pan. Would buy again. It's a great value for the money.

Decent pan
Have maybe used it 20 times now, it has not warped, it's not discolored. It would be nicer if the bottom was thicker but that's my personal preference.People when you clean pans after it cools, you put some dish soap in then fill it up with water, let the soap mix in the water, then you let it sit for a few hours or all night. Soap will do its job then you just lightly scrub.I bought it a few days before the price drop, i paid 140 errr 3 stars. I should have returned it and ordered another but eh...
