7 years of reliability
Great charger to make a ‘home’ for all the random USB-A cords. I have a USB-C, Lightning, and USB Micro all plugged in. This is in addition to a rotation of random cords (shaver, waterpik, rechargeable kid toys, etc) in a nearby basket.Never tried charging a laptop with USB-A, but tablets/phones/headphones/portable batteries charge without issue.Good value, saves space, very functional.

Get it
GREAT for traveling with kids who have multiple devices to charge. Fast charging, seems pretty durable, saves space on top of a desk, MUCH smaller than trying to plug in 6 bricks. Works well in an office setting, too. Worked so well, I bought a few more for other places in the house. Can’t go wrong with Anker.

Works well. Charges six devices at once.
Works well, used it to charge six devices at once and it worked without any issues. Worth the money, since six separate decent-quality charging blocks would be more expensive.

Good, but will it last?
I've only used this on one international trip but it worked well. I have typically carried several chargers and/or outlet adapters when in Europe but this allowed me to carry a single adapter and just this charger. This saved me precious luggage space and weight. However, I must say that my experience with Anker products has not been good. Several products I've purchased in the past were very short-lived. I also couldn't help noticing people who say they love Anker products as they are purchasing replacements for Anker products that have failed. (???). So, I'm hoping this Anker product won't fail me again when I'm relying on it during travels.

Reliable and Clutter-Free Charging for Multiple Devices
I’ve been using the Anker PowerPort 6 as a central charging station for my devices, and it’s been incredibly reliable. With 6 USB ports and 60W of total power, it easily handles multiple devices at once, including phones, tablets, and accessories, without overheating or throttling.Charging speeds are solid - not quite fast-charging like USB-C PD, but more than adequate for overnight or desk-side charging. I’ve used it for iPhones, iPads, Android devices, and even some USB-powered gear in my workshop, and it’s kept up without issue. The build is compact and clean-looking, and it’s helped me cut down cable clutter by giving everything a single charging point. It also travels well - lightweight and durable enough to toss in a bag when needed. If you’re looking for a dependable multi-port USB charger for your home, office, or even travel, this one is a great balance of power, ports, and price. Highly recommended.

Just didn't last very long (AT FIRST)
I have been using this charger for exactly three months to charge two Android smartphones (LG G2 & Samsung Galaxy S4), an iPod touch, a set of bluetooth headphones, and a bluetooth Jam speaker. The first several weeks I used this charger, I was delighted because it took up very little room on my desk and nicely removed the clutter of chargers clogging my outlets, freeing me from having to buy electrical outlet strips to accommodate my increasing number of devices. That was then. Now, two or three of the ports don't charge anymore. The other day, the end ports were no longer charging my devices, so I tested the cables and devices by plugging them into a different outlet with their respective charging cords, and they began charging immediately. Today, however, it appears that those ports work again but others don't work.Nowadays, I have to spend a few minutes plugging and unplugging cords to test which ones will charge a device. Frustrated, I bought a HiMobiler five port USB charger here on Amazon. It works perfectly so far. We'll see if I have the same problem three months from now.I am sorry, but I cannot recommend this device for the long term. Five stars for how wonderfully it worked for three months, minus two stars for the problems (and because I'm being generous and don't wish to give a one or two star rating). Thank you for reading.___________________ UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW __________________Not long after I posted my review, someone from the company contacted me and asked me to provide the serial and lot numbers of my device to them in an email. They were really apologetic and courteous, demonstrating concern and dismay that it didn't live up to standards. They apologized several times for the inconvenience, educated me on "cycling" the device off and on periodically to maximize (I think) the charge that can get cycled down when several devices of different battery powers and drains were plugged into the device simultaneously. Then, they sent me a brand new device, free of charge, and wrote me two more follow up emails to make sure I wasn't having the same problem again. The replacement device works better, but not 100% perfectly. Every now and then, I find that one of the devices did not charge in its port. When that happens, I simply switch that device and its cable to a different port. Therefore, I always keep one port empty for swapping. Despite this minor detail, the device fulfills all of my charging needs.Regarding other reviewers indicating clutter, well, there is still clutter -- after all, you have up to six charging cords attached to six devices on a surface -- but the clutter is contained, and when I purchased six 1-foot cables here on Amazon, it was contained and reduced even further. In summary, I think you should give the device a chance. Even if you get a defective device, the customer service is stellar, and they will solve the issue for you.
