Nagami Kumquat Tree - 1-2 ft.

Fabulous packaging! Arrived when still having warmer, but frigid temperatures, (around 30 degrees, was 10 degrees). They were a bit stressed but I kept them in a warm sunroom and they pulled through. I'm so happy about that.I grew up in California with a forever Kumquat producing tree. I loved picking the fruit to eat, skin and all. A sweet God given treat. So I'm playing some what of a mad scientist with baby-ing these trees. (I now live in zone 6.)It's warmed up to the 60s so I re-potted them and placed outside in a sun loving spot. It's been a couple of weeks and they appear to be doing well. They will live indoors in the winter and outdoors in the spring/summer/fall. I will provide periodic progress updates and hopefully harvesting pictures down the road.UPDATE:I have fruit everyone! I am so pleased with these trees. In less then a year I have fruit growing.I brought them inside in October before the freezing temperatures, and they bloomed and grew fruit and have a wonderful citrus scent. Filled my sunroom. Next I'll try an avocado or perhaps another citrus tree. I love them.I recommend for all mini fruit tree enthusiasts.

Update I bought this kumquat tree about 4 months ago and it's going strong this is July 17th 2018 as you can look very closely there are white buds are ready coming up on the tree this is a very good quality tree i bake kumquat jams and syrups and this is the first time I've ever had a dwarfkumquat whom when comes winter time you can bring it inside so it doesn't go into deeply shocked I've already went through one winter with this and as you can see it's turned out great I will give you updates periodically. I give this a five-star to the plant and also to give a 5 star customer service they helped me out in everything I have ever asked them on

first year I had this it bloomed like crazy and set about 20 fruit!

I am only giving a 3 star because product was very dry when I received it. Am waiting to see how it does after I repotted and gave some TLC. I am really hoping this grows for me.

Way too expensive, I bought mine "from fast growing trees . com" for half the price and it was perfect quality and big and produced fruit the first summer.
