Excellent and effective product!!!
Excellent medicine for back pain. I was suffering from side back pain for the last few months due to bad posture. I am taking this medicine twice a day one tablet with hot water/milk after food. Results are amazing. Also include a bit of stretching exercises. The pain will diminish within a month. Highly recommending this ayurveda remedy for those who suffer from back ache.
