My new favorite vinegar
I originally purchased this vinegar from my local spice shop on a whim. To my surprise, I’ve fallen in love with it and it’s now an essential in my kitchen. I mainly use it to make my favorite salad dressing. It has the perfect balance of sweet and tanginess required. I’ve also added it to sauteed kale. It’s well-balanced and I can’t wait to discover other uses for it. Highly recommend!

Beautiful presentation
The swirls of saffron are dazzling, especially against the light. We mixed it one to one with good extra virgin olive oil tonight and had it over fresh spinach. The family all enjoyed it although it was a tad tart for my normally food-venturous 14-year-old on. One thing to clear up in the product advertising would be the headline stating “Balsamic Vinegar. Although this vinegar is said to hail from Modena, “Balsamic” is not listed on the bottle heading and I don’t taste it either. This isn’t to say this is not a very interesting, high-quality vinegar. However, this is instead Pennsylvania infused saffron vinegar, and a fine choice.

Great Presentation but limited use - acquired taste (3 stars influenced by $18.49 cost)
What I believe is the must still float strands around the bottom. It looks fairly nice swirling around (or maybe it's the saffron? For which I'm not sure)It contains 40+ calories which is more than most vinegar I've used in the past, and also 6% Acidity instead of the usual 5%.I've tried on a few items and what works and what does not:1 - Sparkling Water - Yes, I know, but I was so confused and I've done sparking water with apple cider vinegar I thought it would be a nice way to judge the taste. Overall, I'm going to go with - this was decent enough research moving forward in the future and not to do it again. Not a good drink.2. Chicken - No.3. Portabella Mushrooms - No.4. Shitake Mushrooms - Oddly enough, YES! Absolutely, very happy about this.5. Asparagus - Worked out very nicely.6. Salad - I make my own dressings at times with Aceto Balsamic (Modeno) and tried it out, plain on a little and with shaking including olive oil. I strongly prefer the less expensive Balsamic.7.-Tilapia - It hit me this may work and I was fairly pleased with the results.

High-end vinegar with a signature flavor
I'm using it in my vegetable salad, and I'm really happy with it. I love the earthy flavor of Saffron and this company keeps making me happy with their Saffron products. It also looks very nice, so I'll definitely get another one as a gift.
