Good working switch
Functions well inside the truck cab and on the truck bed outside the truck. I'm driving in gravel and dirt several miles a day. Purchased 3 years ago and still works perfectly. Swith is bright. Good quality and a good value.

Power switch for Ryobi ZT480 mower
I recently changed the lead acid batteries to LiFePo batteries on my Ryobi ZT480 zero turn mower. So I took this opportunity to replace the key switch as well. I never remove the key, but it has gotten bent over a couple of times and I was worried that it might break off.So I replaced it with this switch. This switch easily handles the 48V switching voltage and I took 12V from the DC-to-DC 48V to 12V converter for the LED light when power was on. The switch illuminates when the power is on. It looks like OEM and works great!

Great Switch. Here's How To Install it Correctly (with picture)
Great looking switch, although nothing would indicate that this is waterproof. Water resistant, maybe, but we'll see. If you're looking to install this, first, the diagram provided by the manufacturer is exactly right. I tested all 4 wiring configurations and they worked perfectly. My advice is to ignore the wiring guidance provided by other reviews as at least one of them will result in sparks. I'm not sure why manufacturers can't just provide a simpler diagram, but here is my diagram that is hopefully a bit easier to follow. This is how you wire this switch to a light with red and black leads (using their configuration #1):In this configuration, pressing the button turns on the light and the light is only illuminated when in the "on" position.First, cap the brown wire - not neededWhite wire from the switch goes to the positive battery terminal.Tie black wires from switch and light together and run to the negative battery terminal.Red and white wires from the switch go to the positive lead on your light (device). That's it. Pretty simple. I'm a fan. Definitely a sleek looking switch that's much more refined looking than a toggle switch.

Works well on the first day I installed it.
The switch seems to be of decent quality and most appropriate for use in a dry setting. I would not use it outdoors. Switch was easy to install once I figured out the schematics that were included in the package. A number of people have given different advice in their reviews on how to wire the switch, but I found it to only work when I followed the instructions (rather than using the "tips" from some of the other reviews which didn't work for me). I don't yet know how long this switch will last but it's working for now and I'm happy with it. I even bought a second one.

Lighted Switch
Seems to be a good switch, directions are a little lacks! Wish it was only lit when the button was pushed.

Does what I bought it to do
The media could not be loaded. Connected bed lights to this switch on my 2015 High Country. Switch fits perfect in the factory knockout in the side of the bed.

Works and installs easily,I'm using them in all the trucks now
This push button power switch was purchased to use to use in a light duty fire assist truck to turn on the lights in the rear to find equipment at night when needed. Installation is much easier than before with other switches of this type from the included plug/harness and with the body size being a common size drilling the holes for them is much easier and quicker. In use the light provides easy identification and use from the l.e.d. illumination making it a few seconds to find and use it which makes all the difference in the situations this truck is in. I'm purchasing dozens more to use on the rest of the units we deal with it's been a worthy addition to our endeavors.

Not Waterproof. Needs Guides For Blind Installs.
These are not even remotely waterproof. Installed on a jet ski, top side of my console to turn audio on and off. Clean look once installed, but as soon as I get wild and they get wet, Radio wont turn off, I have to pull the cover, and pull the female portion of the switch off to keep from draining my batteries. Not a huge deal, but when your trying to plug the male and female back together, it takes every bit of twist and turn and messing with till it finally seats, it could really use a guiding pin so you know when your lined up. I bought 7 of these because I drilled a hole in the main column and wanted to make it fit, but honestly, im sick of messing with it. So starting over. If it would not have said waterproof, 4 stars. I have a drawer full of the female ends of these things because the male side is corroded after a season. Look Elsewhere if your in a wet application. I dont want my money back, I want my time back.
