I was a little apprehensive buying these capsules, but to my surprise these turned out to be really good. You could eat them as is or you could use them in your protein shakes or green smoothies. They suppress hunger and are great for weight loss. I used it as a keto supplement because it suppressed hunger. In addition I felt these capsules provided me with instant energy and helped reduce hair fall as well. I would definitely recommend these to anyone.
