WILL IT WORK WITH A CASE? The receiver works well with most iPhone cases (excluding the metal phone cases, or cases with dense and thick material). Because the standard of wireless charging uses magnetic induction / waves, the charging receiver coils will not work under any phone cases with metal or magnetic materials and cannot penetrate very dense surfaces. TIPS: 1. Ensure you have a Qi certified wireless charging pad to use with this receiver (not included, search for B07K1NV58P). Most wireless charging pads have recommendations to be used with 2A power adapters. If you use a power adapter with less, charging process may be not stable and phone charge will be slower. 2. Under the existing technology, heating is normal when the charger is charging. No wireless charging can completely avoid the heating of the coil. All the products are strictly tested. The DaVoice Wireless Charger Receiver is reliable and durable. The chip inside supports the best possible charging solution through magnetic induction, without overheating or overcharging. 3. If it doesn't work, please try a thin phone case or no phone case to see if the case is too thick to block wireless charging. If that doesn't work try another Qi wireless charger to check if it's the charger's issue. 4. If you give the ribbon no slack, it is hard to take it out to charge in other ways when it's stuck to the back of your phone with the self adhesive tape.
