If you are on GLP-1 treatments, you’ll know certain ingredients can create interesting events. For me, this product does not! It has 12g of sugar, but is not overly sweet in taste. Easy to make, fill to the line and microwave. This is for a thick consistency. Add a little more if you like runny. Don’t like the microwave? Boil some water or fire up the kettle, fill to the line and ponder life’s choices as the oats soak up the hot water. High protein content gives you the energy to conquer the day. One of these for breakfast usually keeps me satisfied all day. Amazon bulk purchase beats my local store price, making it a great value buy. Beats a cold bowl of cereal on a cold winters morning when starting the day!

These oatmeals are easy to prepare, and less sweet tasting than Quaker oats brand. As a fat guy, I find I have to add raisins or cranberries to this to help bring the sweetness level up to a level I prefer. My wife likes that taste, and how these only take about 30 seconds to prepare the microwave. These are easy to store and make a quick breakfast for kids before school.

I really enjoy these! I work overnights so this is the perfect to go breakfast that still falls in line with my standards. I love that I can just add boiling water since I try not to use the microwave. It’s tasty and more importantly lacks a lot of protein and not too much sugar. I will def keep buying!

I have been buying the pack of 12 from Amazon. This is my 3rd order. Out of thrice, twice had been issues. First time I was sent flapjack, which got replaced as checked it right away. The most recent order, had one box less. Unfortunately, I checked it late (after the return period) and found 1 box less. No issues with product but shipping could be better. Check your order as soon as you receive it.

My son eats these every morning before school. They have great protein and help keep him full until lunchtime.

The first cup tasted normal and delicious.The next one I was at work and I was like, “This…. tastes soapy what the heck??” I had to choke it down anyway because maybe I was going insane or something. Maybe it was just a fluke. I didn’t know…But the next and LAST cup I ate also tasted like soap. Like if Dawn (not paid for by Dawn) was in a cup of oatmeal, these would be them. It was really grossing me out and made me nauseous.So I asked Rufus to comb through the reviews for “tastes like soap” and I could not believe someone said the exact same thing. The grocery store ones taste great. I’ve never had a bad cup from my local grocery store. I have no clue why there’s so much variation, but now I’m pissed that I just have to buy them at the store for more money.I hate to give something 1 star since I usually try to give the benefit of the doubt, but give me soap-tasting crap, shame on them. I let myself eat soapy tasting crap a second time, shame on me. The rest are going in the trash.
