Spigen Tough Armor Designed for Apple Watch Case for 44mm Series SE2/6/SE/5/4 - Black

Love this product, the first one broke on me but it didn't stop me from purchasing another one.

Not much to say. Fits really well and gives you confidence that it will really protect the watch. It sticks up slightly above the watch glass so will protect the edges of the glass, but nothing on the glass. It is possible to get glass protectors but I have never rally liked them as I do not find the sensitivity of touch to be so good. I have had one of these on an older Apple Watch and it protected the watch fine and I only got one scratch from being clumsy. One of the problems with any covers for Apple products , phone , watch etc, is that you lose that feeling of touching and looking at a beautifully designed and crafted product. To be honest, these covers do cover up the raw look but actually do not look too bad. I guess the decision I made is that I wanted to protect the watch from my clumsiness. Would not hesitate buying again.

Purchased this as a protection jacket for Apple Nike Watch 4 (44mm) as I mountain bike and tend to give my watches a bit of a hard time battering them against trees/the ground etc.Whilst this will offer some level of case protection I don’t love the look of it. Purchased silver as the case is silver, but the plastic silver finish looks a bit cheap and that it probably won’t stand up to getting scratched very well. If they had filled the casing text in a contrasting colour it may have looked more finished.I had wanted the Catalyst Waterproof case but at nearly £80 I thought I’d try this cheaper option first to see if it will be sufficient.For the money it’s hard to complain, it’s easy to fit, doesn’t add much bulk and still enables charging via the desktop chargers I use. Whilst the crown is enclosed within the case it’s not that hard to operate and the side button works well enough despite being under the rubber casing. I’ve not had any calls yet to know if the call sound/mic is as good as standard.The acid test will be how well it takes being removed and refitted regularly as I’m not sure I will use this for day to day wear.

Great fit, looks the part and offers fantastic protection. It won’t allow charging in the stand I have (spigen) as the case increases the overall size slighly. However the factory charger now stays in position better, due to the round cut out on the back of the case.I’m very pleased with the appearance and quality of this product, and would definitely recommend to anybody who has a need to protect their expensive watch.

The case comes in two pieces. The main body of the case, then some flimsy cosmetic clip on facial. Main case is fine, still intact just under a year, but the clip on facial has snapped. The watch is still protected but case looks abit ugly now without the ‘tough armour’ clip on. Should’ve gone for the other model that comes in one piece!

This is my second Spigen Apple Watch case as I bought my first one 4 years ago for my Apple Watch Series 1 (see the black Rugged Armor version in the second photo). I hope that this one for my Apple Watch Series 5 will have the same outstanding durability. Very good value for money keeping my wearable in tip-top condition and guarding against clumsy knocks.

Always trusted Spigen products - until now.This is a 2 piece case, with a rubber shock proof main part and a hard plastic top cover.I had problems getting the top cover to clip to the main part - its held in place by the tiniest of lugs. It never felt secure.I have had the case on my watch for less than a week and i have lost the top cover off it already.Severely disappointed with this - my advice… don’t bother, save your money.I have taken it off and put my old case back on.

It’s a great bit of kit as all spigens stuff is BUT ON THIS design there is a thin piece near the crown and has broke by only catching my pocket ( it a design flaw ) shame as I liked it
