The best soy sauce on Amazon
We enjoy this soy sauce so much we refer to it by Kim Ve Wong's own name: "Pass me the Kim-Ve" or "Oh no! we are almost out of Kim-Ve-Wong!"It is a sweet, fermenty, complex light soy sauce that brings to life whatever you add it to. Recommend having something cheaper (and maybe darker) in the cupboard for cooking with, and a bottle of this for seasoning finished dishes. Much better flavour than many of the seemingly fancier (and pricier) options available on Amazon.
