Excellent tool
Easy to measure urine and saliva during alkalizing program.Follow calibration instructions carefully or you can waste a sensor.

not reliable
I purchased those as I they were recommended to me to be the most accurate on the market. I didn't happen to open them right away and the return window had passed. When I did open them for use, they were flimsy and had weird readings on even distilled water after several calibrations . I wanted to return them as I didn't feel they are reliable. Amazon not only didn't except the items back as they many times would if its only a few days over the dead line but didn't even know who to contact from Horiba to have the item returned. I tried researching Horiba customer service but everything is automated and nobody returned my call. I emailed them- same result . I wouldn't recommend the company to do business with or the items themselves Highly disappointed to have spent a good chunk of money with the hope of a good product and to be treated like that. It was a rip off.
