65 USB C Power Adapter, WEGWANG Type C Power Delivery PD Wall Charger 65W(Suitable with 61W, 45W, 30W and 12W) for MacBook Pro Air Newest, Matebook and Any Laptops or Smart Phones with USB C

After a bad experience with a much more expensive USB-C charger, I bought this to use while waiting for parts to do an internal repair to the standard charging port. This charger is 87W max, so low compared to the Dell 130W standard unit.On connecting up and powering on the laptop, I got the "too low power, may not charge while using" message from BIOS, which rated this as a 60W charger - I've sent a message to the seller on this - and when boot completed an estimate of 4 hours to fully charge of my 6 cell 84Wh OEM battery , which is rated as "good" by the BIOS battery health check.In fact charge completed in a couple of hours of intermittent use, quite satisfactory.As a back-up charger this is certainly doing the job it was purchased for. TIme will tell on durability.Only issue is the captive plug in the body of the charger, which limits the outlets that can be used - for instance it won't work in the floor recessed outlets next to the sofa.UPDATE: I've done some more work on establishing what this charger is capable of with my XPS 15 9550. First, I measured the input current at 0.45A at 120V, so it's definitely providing something close to the 60W the BIOS is reporting. I've also consulted on the Dell XPS forum and it's clear that actual charging level depends on communication between the charger and the laptop and we can't see that without specific test equipment.It's unreasonable to expect a charger designer to have included the capability to negotiate a specific charging level with every laptop on the market, particularly one that is 4 years old, so it makes sense to manage one's own expectations when buying this to use with an older laptop or one spec'd with a >90W charger by the OEM. It is reasonable to expect it will charge in a sensible time when the laptop is not in use or keep it topped up when just browsing the web.WEGWAND customer service is responsive, offering replacement or refund, but not able to answer deeper technical questions.On balance I see this as a good value charger for low power laptops and a potential back up for larger laptops. Expect that it will charge satisfactorily, but may not negotiate the maximum charging level on older / high power laptops.

I liked that the price for this power adapter was very reasonable. It was much less than the OEM version. I was out of town for a week and brought my work laptop because I needed to do some work for a couple of days. However, I had forgot the power adapter. Searched on Amazon for one and found this one. I have a Lenovo Think Pad X1 Yoga. To make sure it would work, I looked on the specs that are printed/engraved on the bottom of the laptop - the voltage and amperage ratings. I matched those up with the specs on this power adapter and placed the order. Item arrived within a couple days, and it worked perfectly! It saved my bacon by allowing me to work even though I had forgot to bring my power adapter, and it didn't break the bank. Also, it has a nice, small form factor. Not nearly as bulky as the OEM. Highly recommended.

EDIT: After reaching out to the WEGWANG customer service, they were very prompt in sending me a new working charger. They even resent the product after UPS mishandled the delivery and lost the package. Mary, you the homie. Lost 1 star for the hassle and the original broken charger, but great customer service and support!Bought the charger as a backup for my existing charger and after very few uses only in situations where I didn't have my old charger on me, this charger stopped working a month into use. The charger is not physically damaged at all, but out of nowhere, it stopped charging my laptop. I request that you either send me a working charger or refund my money.

This is a well made charger. I've had it for a few weeks, and I am having a slight issue with the charger fitting properly and charging. It may have gotten bent slightly at some point, because I don't remember having any issues when I first received it. I'm not a fan of this type of charger for that reason, but that's nothing against the charger. It charges as well or faster than my original charger, so I'm happy with my purchase.

I use it to power a USB C hub for my HP Envy laptop. It turns out that it also charges the laptop not needing me to plug in the power cord that came with it. I also keep many devices plugged into the hub so it does not require to be powered from the laptop.

Build quality is Ok, made from hard plastic but the charger is not 87W/90W as advertised, I have a the original apple 87W and it charges my macbook pro 15 inch in like 3 and half hours to fully charge but with that one it took almost 10 hours and it doesn't charge it well, while using it, it stays wither the same or even fall specially if i'm using a GPU intensive application, I would say stay away from that charger, as this is very dangerous on your laptop and would defiantly, harm your battery cycles.

USB C with integrated wall charger. Good quality, inexpensive and works well with both Nintendo switch and google pixel phone. Even charged a chrome book relatively quick.

The actually plug is much bigger than anticipated BUT considering it's power/speed of charging I'd say it still works incredible as a travel item. Cord is nowhere near as long as say, a computer charger but; it has enough length where you're not stuck in the corner. Overall very happy with the product!
