These are what you want for a shammash candle when using oil glasses for your hanukkiah. You certainly don’t want to try to use an oil glass to light the others. These beeswax candies burn clean and bright and they do not drip - at all. This size burns over two hours and is appropriate with large oil glasses. These are very tall compared to ordinary hanukkiah candles so be sure when you are ordering. Small ones are also available if you don’t need a 2+ hour burn time.
