Husband has long, thick dreads that reach a little longer than midway down his back. He is able to tuck the dreads completely into the hat. He also likes wearing his dreads out and the hat over the top of his head.

My locs are down to my bum. I can fit all of my locs into the tam with some room to spare. I wash it every week and it holds up to the abuse from my job.
