BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Horrible product and even worse customer service. I ordered this battery cord for my sound bar. Their description of their product was an exact match for my sound bar. It burned up all the wires destroying the sound bar. I have emailed them several times after they told me to return their product and they would run “tests”. They will not answer any follow up emails. Horrible. Do not buy from this company!!
