Nappies...what else can I say?
We've only ever used Pampers nappies for our little one (now 7 months old) - but they've been absolutely great (not sure "I love it" - which is what Amazon has put next to the 5 stars I've given these is quite right for nappies though!). They seem like really good quality - and generally do what they are supposed to do (other than the occasional 'explosion' - which I'm not sure you can do anything about...) - and are easy to put on and take off and the fasteners hold well etc. We get these on Amazon subscription - which is perfect as you get them for cheaper than from anywhere else (even supermarkets etc) - which is great as you're going to be spending quite a bit on them. Plus they just turn up automatically every month - no need to go out shopping! Just work out how many you'll need each month (which will be a lot!) - and buy they right size pack - although the largest pack of each has usually been about right for us - but just order a one-off smaller pack if you need any more (have only had to do this once or twice). One tip though - keep an eye on the sizes - remember that the pack that's going to be delivered in a week or two after Amazon remind you your next delivery is due soon - will need to last you for a whole month - and your little one may have moved to the next size up by then. We had one month when we ended up with lots of spare small ones when he'd moved up to the next size - but I keep an eye on it better now and if in doubt get the next size as you'll use those anyway.

Essential item for changing nappies
These cassettes, and the bin that goes with it ( Tommee Tippee Sangenic Tec Nappy Disposal Tub (White) ) are an essential item for nappy changing. If you have it next to your changing table, or whenever you do the task, it's easy to put the soiled nappy in, give it a quick twist and then shut the lid, sealing everything away. No risk of flailing baby arms and legs hitting the nappy you've just taken off and didn't have anywhere to put. The smell is completely locked away and emptying the bin is an easy process, without the need to ever get your hands dirty. The cassettes just slot into the bin, you tie a knot in the end of the plastic funnel and attach it to the rim of the bin, and then you're good to go. Beware the cheap listings on Amazon claiming to be compatible with this bin - what you will receive is just a long funnel of plastic bag that you will have to insert into the cassettes yourself in a horribly laborious process. We get about twenty nappies per bin load, and the cassette lasts for 4 or more bins - if you buy the three pack of cassettes you don't have to worry about buying a new one for up to a couple of months. For us it is worth every penny and we will be buying them as long as we are changing nappies!

Cheapest I could find
I usually buy these when Mothercare or a similar store has a deal on. As they didn't, and the brain haemorrhage inducing stench of my son's nappies is not something I wish to endure any longer than necessary, I bought these from Amazon instead. I can not recommend this product highly enough. If you don't have the Sangenic bin, stop reading this immediately and add one to your basket. I reluctantly bought one while my wife was pregnant thinking it was all a marketing ploy she had fallen for. Well, shut my mouth. After only a day of using an old Sainsbury's carrier in place of the cassette, I was forced to empty the bin of it's contents immediately for fear of throwing myself out of my son's bedroom window to escape the smell of his dirty, Seasame Street character adorned, nappies. These things really do work with the only downside being that you end up having to carry what can only be described as a "turd sausage" out to the bin every so often. That said, it doesn't smell AT ALL. Do not hesitate to buy the bin and nappies, it's an expensive way of dealing with your bundle of joy's bundles of filth but well worth it to save your nose the alternative. All I would say is, every time you need your refills, check the net thoroughly for deals.

Good product works well with the appropriate style bin you purchased them for.
As now I have the honour and pride to be a nan, these infind with correct nappy disposable work wel. It's safe and it ensursures safe disposable, no contamination as the correct bin you use them in you simply turn refill in place and it seals each nappynchsnge. Odours ir not it is safe and suitable and provides appropriate disposal for soiled nappies, and I have to say we have not experienced odour leak problems with these. It's very simplistic, hygienic, environmentally friendly for all. We have not had any odour problems and not concerned about it not being individual bags as some mention, if used in the appropriate bin they are made for and you follow the truly easy bin instructions it seals each individual nappy each time you put one in? It's reallynis far better, dare I say as a nan ' back in the day ewe...'

Not exciting, but essential!
Not really something to get excited about, but I love these cartridges because we don't have a house that smells of dirty nappies, even though we have twins! The Tommee Tippee system is really good, and we have found that it effectively prevents the nasty smells from escaping. The bin is an essential part of the system for containing the smells, though - we have found that when we empty it into our kitchen bin when it gets full, that you then start to get the smell a bit. So we just either empty it straight into the wheely bin, or only put it in the kitchen bin when we are about to empty that one anyway. The cartridges are not really cheap, but if you are paying for disposable nappies anyway then it is worth stocking up on the refill cartridges to dispose of them. They work much better than nappy bags, and are also more convenient. We buy a bunch of cartridges at one time, and keep them in a high cupboard out of the way.
