I like the pictures of his own handwriting. I like the photos of Tupac they included. I never knew poems could be this powerful. It connects so deeply and it speaks directly to my heart. Even hearing his name sends thunders down my spine Tupac Amaru Shakur, wow. I think he was the greatest to hold the mic, a blessing on Earth, a true prophet, heaven sent. I relate to him more than a prophet inside a holy book, bcoz I've seen him speak. I know he was actually here.

I'm not a lover of Rap music, but this book of Tupacs lyrics and poetry is sublime..wrote from the heart, full of passion, love anger and frustration..this is the 2nd copy I've bought as I gave the other away to a friend..I love this book, hope anyone reading this review thinks so too

The Poetry is Fantastic it all resonates either Love, Hope, Hardships, Lost people and Lost memories.From the poetry you can get the true essence to who Tupac was, not how he is portrayed by people that want to be thugs aka 'plastic gangsters' or how he's painted by the media . It's as thou you get the opportunity to gaze into his soul, you get to see the man he was, his thoughts, his words, his emotions.I would have to also recommend "Inside a Thug's Heart" as this would give you a greater insight, into how he treated people and his take on Live, Love and Jail etc.If anyone knows of any other deep and meaningful street poetry books if you could contact me, it would be much appreciated.

Well he was a lyrical genius. This book delves into an extract of the brain belonging to the slain king of rap.

One of the greatest minds that ever lived, people will always judge but if you read this book you dont see a thug you see a young man struggling
