I picked up a couple of different flavors just to try them. One was the Gingerbread. I mixed with a small amount of unsweetened whipped heavy cream and made cookie dough bites. They were so flavorful and satisfied that sweet tooth. I would definitely buy it again.

I am keto. I also hate to cook. I generally have 2 meal replacement shakes a day. That being said I will NEVER buy root beer again. Thank goodness I bought a single serving to give it a try first. I have been burned by buying smores in bulk w/o trying it 1st. Learned my lesson. Try it before buying in bulk. Root beer was so awful I drank it like eating peas as a kid, one swallow of shake washed down w/ one swallow of water. Too expensive not to finish. I do think as a whole Keto Chow is 5 star. Just be sure to try your flavors before ordering in bulk. Either make in advance or make w/ warm liquid of choice. This is so the vitamins can dissolve. I've found some flavors taste better after sitting in the fridge a day or so. If they get thick. Just add more water and shake.

I lost my smell in 03. So, I cannot tell you what these taste like.I put a pack of this in with some almond milk and some skim. When I poured it into a cup, I noticed how thick it was. Upon trying it, I said I liked the texture. But I was trying to convince myself. It is awful. It made me think I was either drinking butter, batter, or the stuff you put in walls to keep them warm.I could not finish it the second time. So, I poured it into the sink. I looked down and saw it expanding. It almost made me sick seeing it.If you read the reviews, there are a bunch of people that like this stuff. But I cannot stand it. Get it and make up your own mind.Update:I didn't think I gave this enough of a chance. So I wanted to try it again. I used the other flavor I had gotten. Here is what happened.I put it in a blender with the said amount of milk and water. The max is says. I blended it up. Then I put it in a thermos and placed it in the fridge. Maybe fifteen hours later I took it out and poured some in a glass. The first thing I noticed was, what I can only describe as skins in the liquid. It almost made me sick seeing them. Then I tried a drink. It was warm. Again, it almost made sick. I dumped it out. Then I realized it was warm from the thermos. I heated the water up before putting it in. Maybe that is what the skin stuff was from. I was going to get another and try it but decided against it.This stuff is too unknown. I use like five protein drinks that are well known. Each of them have less fat and calories than this stuff. I am not one to try new food trends. So I will just let it be.By the way, the milk they sad add is loaded with fat, calories and has carbs. I can't imagine butter would be a choice to add if you are looking for a healthy snack. This stuff makes no sense.

I believe you could find an equal quality product for less money. It tastes delicious though!

I bought this for a Christmas treat!! It is delicious!! I mixed it up in my blender, added a little “nog” to my Keto Chow Egg Nog, added nutmeg on top, and it brought back memories of my mother’s homemade Egg Nog! Wonderful! 😃

To me it has a fake strawberry taste.

Taste is good ,use this for breakfast too change things up a bit,I'm glad that I'm able to make this the night before so it will be slightly thicker and taste even more flavorful. They are a little spendy, but every thing is, just depends on if you want to pay the price for it or not .

With so much glowing hype on social media and internet ads, I decided to buy one single serving pack to try. My fat of choice was heavy cream. My liquid was water. I mixed it with my blender and refrigerated it over night. All of my ingredients were fresh, so I know that wasn't the issue. The drink actually had a "soapy" taste. It most definitely isn't something I would want to drink as part of a diet....especially not something I would spend that kind of money on.Cannot recommend this product. If you want to try it yourself, I would strongly suggest only buying one or two single serve flavors.
