I got this tablet for my grandson he has not even had it 1 week and the touch screen don't work right. You open one of the story books and the only way to close it is to reboot the tablet same with all the games that are already installed on the tablet. I'm not happy with this tablet at all.

I bought this for my granddaughter and she loves it. It has pre-installed educational games plus I can control what she sees. It's really wonderful.

This product is great except it's advertised with carry case that does not come with it.

This was overall a good buy because it is being used by our rowdy 6 year old. We didn’t want to buy him something expensive that was going to break and us be overly upset about. If it lasts for a few months, it was worth the money. He dropped it hard on the ground once and the volume button and power button fell out, which my husband just put them back in and it’s working again. If this tablet is being used by an adult, it’s a great product. We did not buy a case for it and it did not come with a case. The picture is a bit misleading. It has an adorable set up for children and I like the parental controls on it. It is easy to navigate for him. This tablet looks just like a regular black tablet and doesn’t look like a child’s tablet.. which would make it great for anyone to use.
