AMAZING PRODUCT AT AN AMAZING PRICE!
I have no idea why this product isn't a solid 5 stars across the board. It may have something to do with the included sticks but I never use those anyhow. I use the included twist ties and if I run out of those I use the roll that came with my plant support stakes. You can order the same roll by itself on here for 3 bucks. Now it would be nice if this company simply put a 2" or 3" slit on one end of the sticks. However, the sticky traps are so good and cheap, I personally can easily look over that. For outside purposes especially, I don't really care for the sticky traps with the cute designs, that you stick directly in the soil, that you see being sold all over Amazon. With rain it seems like they get more dirt on them than anything else, wasting at least 50" of the sticky surface. They might do ok with indoor house plants, but definitely not exposed outside. That's why I love these! I make sure I hang them at least a couple inches from the soil. I used these last summer also. So this is a repurchase. They were great then and they're great now. I live in Ohio and I moved last February, just a couple miles away, and the ones I had put out the previous June WERE STILL STICKY! Of course I threw them away when I moved because they were loaded with dead bugs, especially fungus gnats. I was hesitant on putting the new ones out when I did yesterday, because I knew storms were going to be rolling in any minute. So right after putting them out it stormed for several hours. Well, as you can see in the picture, the storms didn't mess them up at all. They started catching insects before I could even put another one out and continued to catch them all evening and night, even through the storms! These will be my go to every year! Amazing product with an amazing price! Worth their weight in gold!

THESE BEAUTIFUL THINGS REALLY, REALLY WORK!!! YEAH BABY!!!
If you have a problem with fruit flies, buy these, and you will be SANS PROBLEM.Whether it might be near an indoor garden, a bathroom sink, a kitchen, or wherever, these things will take care of the problem IMMEDIATELY. Forget all of those stupid vinegar and soap traps and whatever else you see to trap fruit flies. Sure, they get some flies, but they do NOT take care of the problem. These DO. You may not like unsightly yellow cards with insects hanging around, but which do you like more? A completely insect free house with NOTHING flying around and an occasional gnarly yellow card with flies and whatnot attached to it, or a house that almsot always has SOME kind of little nastie flying around. The thing about these cards is, they work. Insects are extremely attracted to the yellow color; they fly toward it, and that's the last thing they ever fly toward. That's it. Finito. End of buzzing. End of landing on your plants. End of landing on you. End of having offspring. Keyword being END. I wish my digital camera was working, because you could see that just one of these cards can trap hundreds of fruit flies and other flying insects. So, if you have any issues at all with flying critters in your home or garden (indoors - it's not too nice to use them outdoors, as many beneficial insects will be trapped), just get these and you'll have done with it. I've been using them for years, and they really do work, and consistently will give you the results you want.Pro Tip:In addition to strategically placing these cards in various areas in the home (near lights or hung from ceilings near sunny windows with wire ties and blue painter's tape for example), the following method will make a MONUMENTAL DIFFERENCE in ridding any home of fruit flies on a permanent basis. I have found that doing this, along with using the Kensizer cards, flat out eradicates flying critters in the home, including house filies. Who hasn't experienced the frustration of chasing a fly around? Forget that. If you've got a couple of these cards hanging around, especially if you hang them near any lighting or near sunny windows, that stupid fly will find it's way to the card. Sometimes you can even shoo them into a room which has a card hanging in it, and shut the door. Then just wait a while. It will be O-V-E-R for Senor Fly.Anyway. Ahem. Back to the Pro Tip:In addition to the cards, take a spray bottle, preferably one which is rugged and made for chemicals or at least is not just a generic spray bottle. Any size is OK, but it's more convenient to use a 32 oz or 16 oz bottle. Fill the bottle with cool tap water, and add a few drops of dish soap or even better Dr. Bronner's Peppermint Castille soap if you have it. If not, regular dish soap is fine. Next add about 50 drops of Peppermint essential oil if using a 32 oz bottle (a non-transparent bottle is best if you have it, to preserve your essential oils). Shake this mixture gently a few times to mix the soap with the essential oil. This helps tremendously to somewhat bond the water and oil so it doesn't just float on the top of the water. But even with the soap added, shake the bottle a few times before each use. Simply spray this Peppermint and water mix into every overflow slot or hole in each and every bathroom sink in the house. Spray it liberally. Fruit flies like to live in bathroom sink overflow traps because there is water and some food. Also spray the mix liberally in all shower drains, kitchen sink drains and bath tub drains. If someone in the home dislikes or is allergic to peppermint, many good strong essential oils will work, such as any of the following essential oils (use the same 50 drops to 32 oz of water mixing ratio for any of these oils):Thyme (strong - kills on contact, but heavy duty in the smell department)Wintergreen (a very lovely smell)LavenderRosemaryCitrus Essential Oils Like Grapefruit, Orange, Lemon, Lime, Etc.Ultimately, you may even get to a point where you no longer need the cards if you are super consistent about your spraying routines (like I am, and it's a bonus for me, 'cause I love being surrounded by peppermint). Either way, if you fail to address the sink overflow and drains issue, you may still not completely take care of the problem, as they will still have a place to breed and potentially feed. If, however, by using this essential oil and water spray routine, you say to the fruit flies: "Fruit Flies, may I present to you, your ASS", you can walk away with a smile on your face as you place your still smoking Peppermint Spray Bottle back in it's holster and go back to having FUN instead of messing around with nasty flies! They're like Alotta Fagina! They're Rancid!

Works well, but could use some improvements.
I got these because we started experiencing a gnat problem when we started planting container plants using soil that we got from Costco. The potting soil has compost and that attracted A LOT of gnats, I mean hundreds of them on our porch. So the sticky papers themselves work GREAT! The gnats are attracted to it and will fly right into the trap. The attachment methods that are provided are pretty flimsy. The box comes with ties that allow you to hang the traps and they work ok…somewhat. The wooden sticks work fine to hold the traps up as long as you have ZERO breeze in your yard. We do get a bit of an afternoon breeze and the traps end up in the dirt.Overall, I am glad to have these traps and they DO work to attach and trap gnats and flys. I’m going to look for other options though.

Work great
I hang these on the wire use for tomatoes, cucumbers and potatoes and they trap a lot of bugs, helping my plants survive much better. Had gnats in the house and hanging this above a little wine helped trap them as well.

Capture gnats, ending their life and annoying behavior.
This is a very helpful product in facilitating the capture on gnats. The gnats are attracted to the yellow color. Then they land on the sticky surface, become stuck, and end their life and their pesty presence.

Catches everything. Even birds. Sad
Works like it should. But beware. It caught a little bird and it died today. I am so upset. I am never using these outside ever again!

Works great!!
These things work great!! We put them around where these pesky flies were. The next morning we could not believe how many were stuck on there. You get a lot of sheets, twist ties to hang the sheets up and wooden sticks to stick in pots or wherever you need to stick them. Be careful and don't let them stick to you, it will stick really good. There is no smell to it, it is very sturdy, looks like a yellow piece of construction paper. Very easy to use.I highly recommend giving them a try!!
