Can two of these be wired together to the same cigar adapter? or would they need to be hard wired together?

I decided to use a dual adapter with a better fuse. No issues to report and I use it daily.

My question is can I order replacement light modules I ordered the red and white bar but would like to change out the white modules for green ones?

I do not know. It would probably be best to purchase a new one. A new module will probably cost as much as the overall product.
