Good templates for the light bright

We have a Lite Brite from the late 1990's, rectangular in shape, that was purchased at a consignment shop. It was in excellent condition and came with a stack of unused Lite Brite pictures and pegs. Well, my son quickly went through those, and as anyone knows, it's not much fun to keep doing the pictures once all of the holes have already been punched out. Much to my dismay, we couldn't find any replacement sheets, except for half-used sets or old sets on ebay that were the wrong size. I took a chance on Illumipeg and I'm so glad I did!! The paper is actually better quality than the original- thick enough but not too thick, and the colored pegs pop through with ease, yet don't fall out on their own. The pictures are challenging but not overly difficult (my son is almost 4 and he does these with limited assistance from me- he basically needs me to tell him what colors the letters stand for). Some of the images are complex enough that it takes us two days to complete them, but others in the pack are simpler and can be completed quicker. A great variety! We received 8 designs and 2 blanks (various transportation designs- pirate ship, train, race car, motorcycle, airplane, helicopter, etc.). We also purchased the dinosaur set from Illumipeg, and that one is adorable, too. I'm sure we'll be back for more. We are very grateful to the company for making these!!

Fits perfectly in a Lite-Brite. Check the size of these refills (as listed in the Description) to ensure they will fit the model of your Lite-Brite. The paper refills perform as good as the Lite-Brite paper. This is a great option for refills with good price point.

I bought these to go with my daughter's My Little Pony Lite Brite and they fit it perfectly. I like the variety of the transportation items included and they are easy to follow along. If you are buying it for the MLP Lite Brite, be aware that some of the colors shown on these refills you won't have. You can of course use any color you want without following the color suggestions. The quality of these sheets is very good and the paper is kind of thick so you have to push the pegs through with a little force.

So much fun!

We have a pre-94 Lite Brite, so bought the corresponding size papers according to the site. They were approximately 1/8" too large on both sides, so we had to trim the whole pack with a paper cutter before using. This is why I had to rate them down, unfortunately. The paper is also a little more difficult to poke the pegs through than the original construction paper, but after a brief learning period this wasn't a problem.
