The ap181 is an older model.
Take care to look for the newer versions of this fan like the ap184, I wasn't aware they exsisted when I bought this one, but it's still the same amazing fan it always has been.

Powerful, takes a lot of power
It's powerful. I'd suggest you SATA power this instead of running it off the motherboard because it pulls a lot of power for the board. But it moves a ton of air.

Good fans!
I have SilverStone RV02 case since 2013. Rear stock case fan died 3 years ago. Front fan died a month ago. Middle fan still works fine (7 years 24/7 mode).I bought SST-AP181 to replace all three stock case fan. They work perfectly (really quiet), but one of them started buzzing from time to time a week later :-(
