I have used a number of different tapes for Plantar fasciitis and golf /tennis elbow. The problem I have always had is while they have worked, they are not durable and need to be replaced after every shower. Not the Rocktape. This is by far the best and most durable tape I have used. Big fan of the product.

This last H2O product has definitely been a lot more durable and super sticky, for me it's a great tape for summer and last about 5 days on most of my clients so it's very functional.

Product does what it's meant to do very durable stays on through several showers reasonably priced

Purchased the Rock Tape H20 Black Logo because of the good reviews that it had that it was waterproof will stay on for more than five days. I’ve had it for over a week and I used the tape for my carpal tunnel and the tape came off while I was washing dishes and then taped my knee the tape lifted and fell off the tap only lasted 45 mins very disappointing
