Flavour Name:Island Teriyaki | Size Name:Pack Of 3 Soy Vay was founded in 1980 and is based in California. They are a company which manufactures sauces, marinade and dressings. It began with a Jewish boy and Chinese girl who joined together to make a delicious marinade to wow their friends and family. What they didn’t realise is that this was only the beginning. Soy Vay are always on the hunt for deliciously interesting, original and controversial. They enjoy bringing different worlds/cuisines/experiences together because amazing things happen when you do. The marinades that they create are incredibly flavoursome and will taste amazing with the food you put them with. Traditionally the sauces are used for grilling or cooking meets and veggies. But no need to stop there as these sauces are great at bringing flavours together. None of these products contain lactose or preservatives and they are all kosher certified.

Good marinade for steak
I use this to marinade large, thick rump steaks. Leave with a couple of pineapple slices in the marinade for about 6 hours before grilling. The results are excellent.

Absolutely delicious
I use this as both a marinade when I barbecue and a sauce. It's far more complex than any other Teriyaki sauce I've tried and the ingredients work really well together. Fabulous stuff and highly recommended.
