I've been using different pre workouts. Tried most of it. But this one is different. When almost all stopped working on me. This one did the magic. Go for it. But take it twice a week.

Some products just don't work out (forgive the pun) for all people. ICY rocket freeze flavor is pretty good. Not my favorite but it's pretty good. Effectiveness as energy, pre-workout pump etc is also pretty good. Again, not my favorite but no complaints. I feel like I've had most of every pre workout ever made. I'm a stim (stimulant) head. I almost always have one of these kinds of products in my cabinet at all times. My point is, I'm well versed in pre workout powders. I've never had one put me in the bathroom like this one did. It's fair to offer that it could be something else, or a mixture of things in my diet, but I made several attempts and I'm pretty sure this is it. I've been around the supplement market long enough to know that some things don't work for all people. This one doesn't work for me. Well, actually energy wise it does but I spend half the day in the bathroom. Doesn't mean this company doesn't make a good product though. Just my honest review.

In my humble opinion, Muscletech did pretty well with this prewokout product from the opening flavor all the way through the functionality. The ingredient mixture is a great combination and works very well with me to give the energy and focus needed to get through a tough workout whether it was heavy and low reps or lots of volume. The only reason I gave this product a 4 over a 5 is that I feel the best ingredient dosage came at double scoop, now for me and my caffeine tolerance it wasn't so bad, but to push almost 400mg of caffeine on some might be a bit excessive and at that point it does also come with a little crash. That aside, the pumps and strength we definitely there for 1 more rep and even one more set. I could definitely see this product in my gym bag again.

Just finished the last scoop yesterday. Ordered the icy rocket freeze flavor. It tastes decent in my opinion. The cool aftertaste of it is unique and indescribable. The price point for this stuff is awesome. It's relatively cheap for a good preworkout. Just the right amount of energy to get you through the workout with no crash in my opinion. The funnel scoop did come in handy but seems in the way some other times since the funnel is attached. Fast shipping. I've also had Muscletechs old formula the nano vapor. So they changed it up a little and changed the name but this is very similar. This product mixed well with a cup and spoon for me and was not chunky. I will definitely purchase again. Thanks muscletech.Ps. I've tried a ton of preworkouts and this one is my favorite. Everything from NO xplode to C4 as well as muscletechs explosion and various others and other brands.

Pleasantly surprised! MuscleTech is hit or miss for me. This as a hit! Had a nice pump and fairly decent energy. The taste was AMAZING! I'd give it 5 stars, but I crash a bit faster than I'd prefer.The new formula is pretty great though! I'd use itAgain! At first, I used 1.5 scoops. 1 wasn't quite enough, but 2 made me feel a bit nauseated.I can take 2 without being sick to my stomach now, but I think 1.5 worked fantastic. (I'm 6'2 and bounce between 185-190 if that helps you assess what you should start with. )The effectiveness of this pre workout is making me want to try more of the newer and new formula Muscle Tech products out!

I've tried a lot of these; but, this stuff really works for me. My son has another brand (Transparent) that he likes better; but, I don't get the energy, drive and endurance from that product like I do this one. Love the taste of the Icy Blue, although Fruit Punch is cheaper so I've ordered the Fruit Punch this time. I just do 3/4 to one full scoop and that's it and I'll rumble thru an 1 1/2 to 2 hour workout at pretty good intensity. I get pretty good pumps; but, at age 62...it dissipates fast. This stuff helps me push into those extra reps where it really starts to burn and hurt, which is what you want. I get a slight short lasting flush when I take this stuff. The first rep can be a little tingling; but, it fades as I get going.
