Not very easy to fill so I'm not sure there's a wide use for these for most people. I was trying to fill them with powder and couldn't fill them without a mess. Maybe others will have better luck!

I bought these to make my husband pre-portioned Gatorade mix since he works outside in the heat. It holds the powerder perfectly for him to just add to his water jug and shake up instead of buying bottles.

I use them for Gatorade packets to add to water bottles. Works great and I can leave them in my work truck.
