I got more than what I wanted
I got these because my Mazda MPV was bottoming-out when I hit a dip. The actual problem was that my rear bump stops were completely gone. i will order those soon on Amazon, of course. But anyways, I thought these things would fix the issue and they did. Not only did they prevent the loud band when I hit a dip or bump but the the ride is better, smoother you could say. It helped with sway too. I am going to install in the front if I can. The installation was easy. I just jacked up one side, slip under my car, sprayed the spring with soapy water, and went at it. I did need help from tool to push in the lip and have it sit on the coil properly. It's like installing a new bike tire. I would go as far as saying that these are so useful that you should install them anyway. Especially if you have a minivan. I gave it 5 stars because it did the job and more.

Use lubricant
The media could not be loaded. Once you get beginning on spring start putting tie straps to hold it on spring make sure spring is nicely lubed to where you want to slide it.My truck is lowered and I'm using it for a backup bump stop. Get tie straps they aren't included. It raised truck about half in after setting and no more hard hitting the bump stops, had 6 adults in truck and went over the speed bumps where it would normally hit bottom and no more worries, even on the highway suspension felt tighter and smooth not stiff, great fix especially on a lowered suspension and if you plan on towing a trailer.

Works well enough to increase spring rate
First, the bad:The dimensions on this were slightly off; the "B-size" had a spring spacing listed at 37 mm but actual measurement came in around 41, which doesn't sound like a lot but made installation on the front struts a difficult process involving lots of lube and swearing. It's a tough urethane ring, I'll give it that, and that's how it should be if it's going to bear the brunt of a vehicle going over bumps. The good:The ride quality is noticeably but not overly firm, and the body lean in corners is markedly reduced. These will not add any lift (I only gained less than ½ an inch) but will reduce sag when loaded and helps reduce shocks when bottoming out. Additionally, passengers have also noticed the improvements in how the vehicle soaks up bumps, so it's definitely not a placebo effect on my end. On the fence on these? $30 isn't too bad for what these offer.

Great product
I will say that it help solve my coil overs problem. Mb c320 springs are way smaller than factory springs. The adjustable sway bar link can on be extended so far without coming apart while driving with preload on them. The spacers gave the extra spring stiffness I needed to be able to feel safe driving comfortably. For me my suspension is super stiff but it’s a lot better than feeling like I am driving on hydraulics. FYI you will feel every bit of the road but the faster you go the less you feel the road and all you get is a little shaky steering wheel. Another FYI make sure you get a complete alignment. If your lowered make sure your even all the way around. It’s make a huge difference. I am 25 1/8 in the rear and 24 1/8 in the front. I am on 18x9.5 rear and 18x8.5 front. Tire size make a huge difference too. Front is 215/40/zr18 stretch and 245/40/zr18 rear not stretch. I am giving all this information because at two months on coil overs my suspension is finally tune right. Last FYI if your car is slam in the back no one will align the rear wheels unless you raise it at least one finger above the tire and camber correction will not be done unless you install adjustable camber bars front and back. Hopefully this helps someone.

Doesn't last more than a couple of weeks.
Installation was fairly easy on my 1992 Cadillac Brougham rear springs. I got the A and B types as I wasn't sure which would fit best, but A type ended up being the correct size. I found that running some rope through the hole on the end and then pulling on the rope through the spring made it easy to pop into place when it was stuck. They did help with sagging for, but only for a couple weeks, but the holes were definitely a weak point and they eventually collapsed.

Not really do much
If you want any effect, you need to buy several of those per side. They don't really do much, to be honest.Vehicle is 2011 QX56. I had bad air compressor for the rear socks and used them as temporary fix.Not really. Also, you have to secure them in place with zip ties or similar. They want to slide out off springs after couple days of driving.I'd say, rather get air bag insert, air spring.

Execellent Spring Lift!
Excellent adjustment for burdened springs. I routinely carry 300-500 lbs of cargo when I travel, and these inserts did the trick. Be sure and use soapy water to line the springs with prior to installing! Otherwise, it is painful on dry springs and will take far longer to install. It also smoothed out my overall ride. No bottoming out now!My 2014 Altima needed only one B kit, which we had to trim about 2" to allow 360° clearance. We used a bandsaw for the cuts.Once in place, we tie-wrapped them to secure position. Buy them!

Worked Amazing
I purchased these spacers for my Toyota Venza so I could move my belongings across the country. I had only one option and could only do it in one trip. I installed 2 sets on my car, and it was perfect. Car and trailer were loaded. I traveled 3200km without a hiccup. Good stability, drove nice and no dragging. Thanks for a great product.

Fit 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring GL
F Type will fit 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring GL but length will need to be trimmed about an inch. Clean the springs, lubricate, install and zip tie going one upwards and the next downwards so they don't move. Put them in hot water to soften and spray with lubricant and they will go on fairly easily. Once I drive on them a while will update.
