Straightforward lunch wraps & salads with a few more novel dishes
I am relatively new to Kindle, and am realizing that having recipe books with no pictures is kind of the norm, which it too bad. Its a little hard to get excited to try a recipe without the mouthwatering teaser! That being said, these recipes seem straight-forward and are many based on lettuce wraps and salads. And there is reference to a 'paleo wrap' but no explanation as to what this is or where one might find it, but this is not the majority of recipes. Being as it's geared to 'busy working people', I was hoping for more of a strategic approach to making the lunches in general. Overall, if you are new to paleo, or substituting for bread in lunches, this would likely give you many ideas. If you are more adept and already know how to make chicken salad (and variations with salmon, shrimp, etc) you might get inspired to try a half to a third of them. It did give me a good idea for chicken enchiladas using collard greens for wraps, which is something I'm looking forward to trying.

Llearning something new
It was an interesting book. My breakfasts and dinners were okay doing gluten free and paleo, but lunches seemed boring. This book gave me lots of new ideas of what to set aside for lunch and I am very pleased to have bought this book, "3l Paleo Brown Bag Lunches to Go" . I am now overcooking my dinners so as to have leftovers for lunch. Today, for instance, I had a small container with sliced bananas and apples, three slices of roast beef, three slices of sharp cheese, 2 cucumber slices, and a tomato. It was quite enough and I am liking it. I still miss bread, but life without bread isn't as bad as I first thought, and this book helps. It also showed me ways to wrap a few lunches in either eggs or crepes to take with me when I go to town. If the book had any faults at all, it would be that it had a few too many salads.

Tasty Easy to Prepare
Found this book looking for easy Paleo recipes to Prepare doing the workweek. The easy to prepare, lunch-friendly recipes in this book exceeded my search target. While I've only made two (Sweet Chicken Salad, Tasty Chicken Wraps), both easy and tasty. The recipes share some common ingredients that make preparing multiple lunches and/or prepping meal ingredients for the week workable. No pictures, but given the "brown bag" focus and simplicity of recipes - not a deal breaker. Nice little helper to keep me on track during the workweek, which is typically where I get off the Paleo track.

Options and Variety make Great Lunches
I have been on Paleo for about seven months. I have lost over 70 lbs.in that time just eating Paleo. No exercise other than going to work each day. This works. I have tried many things, but this is a real winner. It's easy, and if you "cheat" a little bit, no problem, just return to the Paleo eating and it will be O.K. The "diet" is a food selection change more than it is a "diet". Once you start it, and see the results on your health, you can't stop. The problem with a change in diet is that you miss out on some foods you really enjoy. 31 Paleo Brown Bag Lunches to Go gives the "brownbagger" options for healthy lunches at work or school. Variety is a great option for brown bag lunches, find some here in 31 Brown Bag Lunches to Go!

the recipes are ok other than my own personal dislike of salmon
I am perhaps in more of a rush in the mornings that this book provides for. 30 minutes to make lunch is not my idea of "quick" - that being said, the recipes are ok other than my own personal dislike of salmon.

There are some awesome recipes in here
There are some awesome recipes in here, but there are definitely NOT brown bagging it, I am a single mom and work for the UDWR so I am out in the field working so I truly need something on the go and these recipes are not on the go and take a lot of time and effort to prepare for the most part. Which for my life, I need quick and easy but still healthy, only a few of these recipes fit the bill.

my wife can't get enough of the paleo style BLT
I love the author's paleo style BLT. I tried making one for my wife and kids one morning. It has been a week now and they keep on asking for more of it.I like the simplicity of the book and the fact that these are lunches to go. I go to the gym quite often and the recipes in this book especially the BLT have become a staple for me.
