have had for a couple of months. works great in microeave to heat up water as well. have used it for loose tea too. would be nice if you could put the whole thing in the microwave but since it's stainless steel you can't. using tea bags is easier as you can heat the water then put the tea bag in.

I've gotten a few compliments on the appearance of this teapot, and it functions very well. If you're getting a glass teapot for the first time, keep in mind that it starts to look much dirtier very quickly since the tea can stain the inside of the glass and the glass is see through. It can of course be washed and look clean again, but just keep in mind that if you want it to look super clean you'll need to clean it much more often than an opaque teapot.The main problem I have with this teapot is that the lid, the ring the filter stays in, and the ring that connects both of those items to the teapot are not very well designed. Sometimes the pieces will detach from the teapot, nothing is really affixed to anything. It is just relying on gravity and a tightness of fit to the other components. It's not too bad of an issue, but definitely a small con to this teapot.

So cute. Ordered Wed 11/13th received Thurs 11/14/19. Inspected to make sure there were no cracks. There wasn't any. I washed out the teapot & infuser & use the same night I received this item. I was a little hesitant to use really cold tab water & even more hesitant to put in microwave. I was uneasy using a glass teapot & going from one extreme temperature to the next. So I decided to use luke warm water b4 placing the teapot in the microwave. I watched hoping it would not crack & it didn't. I like for my water to boil in my microwave that took about seven to eight minutes. I placed my loose leaf bamboo tea in the infuser (thinking a lot of tea would be left on my countertop) not so. The infuser contained my tea perfectly. I put the infuser in the hot water, placed the cap on the teapot & I was set. The cap has little holes to help release some of the steam. Done perfectly. OBTW, when I took the teapot out of the microwave I didn't use pot holders or use protective mitts. My hubby how cute this product was & how much he liked it. The next morning my bamboo tea was ready & tasted GREAT. Would purchase this again. Great item & a great price. Doesn't hurt that it's so darn cute as a part of your decor. Very please with this item so far.

After weeks of research on different types of materials kettles are made from I was shocked to find most stainless steel (depending how much nickle is in it) and glass from china are darn right TOXIC. Glass from germany is what you want to drink from. So this little kettle checked all the boxes for me. Safe glass. 100% plastic free. Safe stainless steel lid and diffuser. Can withstand the direct flame from my gas stove. Handle doesn't get hot. Full pot boils in 7 minutes. Super easy to clean. And bonus....its so cute sitting on my counter. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

Zum Tee zubereiten gut. Aber ein Nachteil ist, dass man den Deckel nur mit dem Teesieb verwenden kann. Sobald man das Teesieb entfernt, z.B. wenn der Tee lange genug gezogen hat, kann man die Kanne nicht mehr abdecken. Der Deckel ist dann zu klein und fällt in die Kanne.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung. Kam schon einen Tag vorher. Schon unsere zweite Kanne sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt.

Anders als in der Beschreibung, kann man den Deckel nicht ohne den Filter benutzen. Ohne Filter fällt der Deckel in die Kanne. Wie soll man den Tee nach der Ziehzeit rausnehmen, wenn der Deckel nur mit Filter passt? Die Bilder zeigen eine andere Kanne als die gelieferte. Die ist zwar schön, aber leider eher unbrauchbar.
