Waste of Money
Ordered Mar 4, received Apr 19 from China in a plastic bag with no medium jammed into a small envelope. The roots looked fairly viable (except 1 that was clearly dead), though no sprouts at all upon arrival. I soaked the poor things for a couple of hours and then planted and nursed them along. That was over a month ago and not a single one has appeared.

Healthy Plants
As other reviewers have already shared, this does come from a seller based in China. However, I was quite pleased that all of the little roots had sprouted by the time they reached me. They look really healthy, and there were even a few extras. I am excited to see them grow. Shipping came about a week before deadline, which was really good considering all the extra caution with the coronavirus epidemic. My only complaint is that the roots were not labeled. I really liked the nice mesh bags they were shipped in, but the other two varieties I ordered came in the same box with all the same kind and color packaging. So I stood there looking at three red mesh bags trying to figure out what was what. There were over 35 plants for me to work with, so my frustration level was on the high side. The only way I could tell one variety out of the three was that there were more of them than the others. If you're ordering more than one variety it might be wise to order one, wait for the seller to ship, and then order the next while the first one is in transit. It would be better if the seller just added labels, though. They've all been in the ground for about 2 weeks and have continued to develop nicely.

Not From Tennessee
First of all, these are falsely advertised. They are not grown in the U.S. They arrived in a tiny box from China, marked only "garden pots" on the outside label. I purchased these together with "little fat dazzler daylilly" from the same seller at the same time. There were two separate mesh bags in the box. Neither one is identified so I don't know which is which. No planting instructions included. The tubers are really tiny and they appeared to be in rough shape -pretty desiccated. I soaked in water for 24 hours before planting. Amazingly, tiny sprouts were coming out of the tops of the tubers for all of them in one bag. The other bag which looked worse had just a few with sprouts. It gives me some hope that these will grow into what I purchased. They are all planted in two separate patches. I'll let you know what happens when/if they flower.Update June 30, 2022. After two years of nurturing and tending these daylillys, they finally bloomed this year. This seller is a complete scam artist and should be arrested. They are not the lilly's advertised which are small, compact plants with red flowers. These are the common, orange daylillys that you see by the side of the road everywhere. They are giant 48" tall. I wish I could rate this seller 0 or minus 10.I want my money back.

misleading description
My flowers were NOT cranberry. They finally bloomed this year. I am disappointed I did not get what I ordered. They're beautiful, but not cranberry.

Great plants!
According to my Amazon account, I've purchased those bulbs on 06/15/2018. I have planted the same month and year, but decided not to write anything until I can see the results. The bulbs came over in a good shape, all 10 of them survived (I saw very leaves last year, and they came back this April, we are in zone 6B). They did not bloom the first season, but produced very strong and healthy leaves. In about a week ago (June 2019), I have spotted a very first flower. What can I say? I hope this year bulbs are as strong and healthy as the last season ones.

They are baby! for sure... But ...
They are baby! for sure... But holding on strong. They will bloom soon. The final test will be whether they come back next year (perennials). Time will tell. Update 08/2019: all of the planted roots came back last year although small. However this year they have bloom several times and are at least 2 feet tall! I was surprise a few weeks back when I went out back and saw how tall they are even though I had not care for my garden this past spring at all (busy). The colors are vibrant and beautiful.

Poor specimens that were shipped directly from China!!!
As I just received the plants, I cannot tell how many of them will survive but; the specimens have one crown, very desiccated, and few roots. A healthy daylily crown should have several roots 4-5 inch roots.. These roots have all been cut off or broken so are very short, 1 to 3 inches and each crown just has a few roots so I am dubious as whether they will be able to sustain any growth at all. Will report back in a month to review survival rate. I would suggest any potential buyers of daylily roots look to another grower right now.As I mentioned above, I planted these last fall and they amazingly did grow. However, they were not at all what I had ordered. instead of cranberry colored blossoms, they are bright yellow and on 5-6ft stalks; not particularly attractive. I will not order any more day lilies from Amazon!

Not what I ordered
The bare roots arrived in a package from China, and I planted them in May 2018. I had a few green leaves pop up, but I didn't expect more than that. This spring, the leaves came up, but are much taller than expected. And now I have these strange shoots popping up, almost 5 feet tall. No way that these are the cranberry baby daylilies that I ordered. Very disappointing.
