This time packing was normal and intact but not improved
I am writing after using, I am regular user of it for about 2 years, this is the second time the product had defect, the Chapati's are very fluffy, this happen only when grain used is infected with some fungus, the quality is not consistant.

Only alternative best gluten free flour for gluten intolerant in India. Whatever you .ake chapati, Puri, parktha, roti, cookies, biscuits, nankatai consume hot for better taste as taste seems to go bland when it's cold, like any other food.Off late a little compromise on quality seems there as it is tasting a little different. Price seems to be issue. Still it's the best.

Extremely beneficial product.
I had bought this for my 4year old nephew. He loves this flour. Moreover it is beneficial in his autism treatment as we have noticed some changes in his behaviour after he started having this GF Flour. Thanks Dr Gluten.
