I love silicon in the kitchen and this springform pan is great. Easy to remove after baking so that the sides of the dessert are perfect. The glass bottom is sturdy for cutting and storing in the refrigerator. I place it on top of a larger plate for security. The "lock" that holds the side in place works well, too. Bonus: the red color matches my kitchen decor.

This is so superior to a traditional metal springform pan. Cheesecakes are light & fluffy with PERFECT sides. No worries about scratching the base when you cut to serve. I am a convert!

I was getting tired of my old spring form pans flaking and rusting. Gave the silicon ones a try and they wokr well. I have not had any leaking and they are easy to clean.

Easy to use, easy to clean. Pretty to serve! It did have a little leakage of greasy like substance so I would be sure to place it on a cookie sheet. It baked my cheesecake perfectly, the edge removed from the pan smoothly!

I have been using round, metal spring form pans since dirt was new. Christmas was coming and my metal pans didn't look so great. I've used silicone muffin pans and thought that these "spring-form" pans should be just as good. Understatement of the year!!!!! I bought 4 and made lime cheesecakes for Christmas and for my birthday. The first one I poured had a small leak. That was user error- I hadn't pressed the glass into the silicone in one of the corners. As with the metal pans, I let them cool for a little while, ran the back side of a knife around the edges and removed the silicone. That's when I discovered that I could omit the 'knife'! It's so much easier to cut same-size pieces from a square. The picture is a pineapple upside down cake. Nothing has stuck to the glass and it's less likely to scratch when cutting than the metal pan. It's heavy enough to hold everything in it's shape. I do suggest putting it on a baking sheet while in the oven. The handles are a bit small when taking it out of the oven with oven mits. It also makes it easier to turn if you rotate half way through cooking. I love my pans!!! I doubt any of my family bakers will be surprised when they get them as birthday gifts. :)))

I can’t even believe how amazing this is. It is easy to use, Easy to clean, and baked fabulously. High-quality item. Highly recommend.

OK, really, cheesecake are square so far, but one of these days I'm going to use if for pie. Easy to clean, easy to use, hasn't leaked yet (two cheesecakes so far), and sides stay straight during baking.

Die Backform die ich bestellte sollte den Durchmesser von 25,5 cm haben , geliefert wurde jedoch 22cm das ist völlig verständlich und kein versehen weil amazon global us und amazon deutschland mit unterschiedlichen Maßeinheiten arbeitet und es daduch nie eine Übereinstimmung gibt geht es automatisch schief. Bitte beachtet das bei der Bestellung und kauft am besten von innländischen Lieferanten damit nichts daneben geht.
