Stones are too small for Chef's knives
This is not for kitchen use but for smaller knives. I like the stones but it is just not practical.

utile da tenere sempre a portata di mano costo abbastanza conveniente, le piertre possono differire dall'immagine essendo naturali, ad esempio a me l'hard è arrivata nera, anche se non penso sia una black hard arkansas

Insomma...ok, da il suo lavoro...anche se mi aspettavo rispondesse maggiormente alle caratteristiche osservate in foto...cioè la pietra che in foto mostra belle venature naturali in realtà è un grigio uniforme...simile a quelle Non naturali..ma spero sia solo un fattore estetico, visto il prezzo. Inoltre le indicazioni relative alla finezza delle due pietre sono invertite.. Comunque affila abbastanza bene
