My husband has Alzheimer's so I needed a safety net in case he ever got lost in the parking lot, store or out in the woods around our house. This did the job at first and I thought it was the perfect solution to have his name and my name and phone number on the necklace tag so that anyone could look at it and call me. However, shortly after he started wearing it the chain broke. I fixed it, but it broke again after 2 weeeks. So the tag is good but the chain is not sustainable.

After having an adrenal crisis, my endocrinologist insisted that I wear a medical alert necklace. This necklace is very sturdy, both the chain and the pendant. The information engraved is excellent and easy to read. You can put your condition on the 1st line and then any other information, such as a contact and his/her phone number. I bought the middle length and it goes over my head without having to use the clasp. I’m very pleased with this product.

Arrived earlier than expected and was well packaged.The pendant seems to be of good quality, the engraving is well done, and it has a nice weight.The chain seems sturdy, but it is SHORT. The ad states 24", but mine is actually 21.5" which is really uncomfortable with a 19.25" neck.Overall, it is a good product.... but if you are a "bigger guy" like me, go ahead and plan on buying another chain. I'm just going to put mine on a piece of 80# bank line personally.You honestly cant beat this piece for the price. It may be a bit heavy for some, and the chain is not as advertised, but at least the "dog tag" is nice.

Great quality except for the chain was definitely not as long as I ordered or as it described. We have to get another chain & now it's perfect.

Received the alert necklace in projected time from manufacturer. Has clear concise lettering and is a nice weight - not too light or heavy. My husband has many serious conditions and I was able to have these engraved on back. Also, the words "see wallet med card". This has given me an enormous peace of mind seeing him with it on. ALSO, the price was very reasonable for the quality. Thank you.

It’s a little larger than expected but that’s probably my fault, I didn’t check the size very well before ordering. I like the chain and it serves my need well.

I am very happy with my medical alert necklace. It is well made, easy to read and had plenty of room for me to have them engrave all the information I wanted. It is very good value for money.
