The iFilters U300UV sterilizes bacteria and microorganisms like Cryptosporidium, E. Coli, Fecal Coliform, and Giardia. This system also filters and reduces dirt, sand, silt, sediment, rust, chlorine taste & order, Cysts, lead, parasites (cryptosporidium & giardia), cloudiness (turbidity), THMs (trihalomethanes), VOCs (volatile organic chemicals), asbestos, chlorine, iron, hydrogen sulfide, lead, mercury, calcium carbonate, magnesium, chromium, bacteria, algae, and fungi. The U300UV features a beautiful design premium lead free faucet as well as a water hammer protection valve to protect your system from water hammer damage and leaks.
