Bought to replace my old chipped plates, simple and elegant easy clean and fit for purpose. Quality and value for money.

When we unpacked the dinner service two if the bowls were smashed, please could you send replacements.

Over the moon with this dinner set.I bought it as my partner is clumsy so there are plenty for emergency replacements if needed!It was all neatly packed, individually divided and boxed up safely.No breakages. No marks or chips. Absolutely perfect!Thank you!

All looked ok when unpacking it all, until the last box, one of the soup bowls had a big chip in it, I contacted the seller only to be told that its an amazon marketplace ceal so I had to contact amazon, the only thing I was allowed to do was return the whole lot in original packaging, they wait until they recive the item back then refund, well this is all well and good but all I wanted was 1 bowl, i thought they could at least send another set, I take out 1 bowl and send the lot back, without having to repack each individual item. Decided in the long run it was better to ditch the bowl and bite the bullet, needed it all for that night but wasnt a huge issue. Washed well in dishwasher, havent used in Microwave yet, pretty good set for the money.
