Led Face Mask, NEWKEY Led Light Therapy 7 Color Facial Skin Care Mask - with Clinically Proven Blue & Red Light Treatment Acne Photon Mask - Korea PDT Technology for Acne Reduction/Skin Rejuvenation

I'm tracking my experience to see if this device actually works for me. I've considered buying other LED mask brands, but I'm trying NEWKEY.•What I'm hoping to improve: 1. Hyperpigmentation (the biggest problem) 2. Pore diameter in T-zone 3. Occasional pimples•My LED routine: Daily, power 5, for 30-60 min. I primarily use Blue, Green, Cyan, and Yellow. I avoid Red since I've heard it can worse hyperpigmentation. {Usage is more than recommended since home devices aren't as powerful as salon products, idk the measurement of power the LED emits, & I never heard of over-usage complications.}•Notes: I haven't reintroduced any new beauty products to my routine. Also, weekly photos to track progress help in assessing my updated progress.Week 1: perhaps notice decreased pore size. Nothing significant, though.Week 2: Nothing significant.Week 4: Nothing significant. I see no difference. Returning and trying a different solution. Weekly photos show no improvement.Worth the purchase?: No.Recommend? Not for hyperpigmentation.

The biggest downside to this product is that it's really quite heavy to have sitting on your face. The earpieces don't actually attach well and you'll likely need to get some kind of pad, to keep it from leaving red indentations on the bridge of your nose. That said, it does what it says it will. I can't speak to the anti-aging benefits, but the blue light does help with acne and the green does help take down any redness from acne.It's not a particularly comfortable product but it is doing what I purchased it to do. I bought a boomerang gel pad for the bridge of my nose but it would have actually been cutting into my face if I hadn't. Not simply leaving a red mark. So this product review is a tough call. It does well with acne and if you've suffered from acne, you know how intractable it can be. So it's a worthwhile product because it helps with that. I'd personally purchase one of the disposable Neutrogena light therapy face masks to see if your acne is responsive to light therapy before buying this.If it is, then this may be the right product for you as this mask is stronger and more efficient than the Neutrogena masks. However, the weight is a serious downside and you really do need to consider extra padding for the bridge of your nose. The boomerang silicone pad I bought to go with it does a good job but I wouldn't be able to use this mask without it.

Product really works! I’ve only been using it for about a week once a day and have already noticed my acne scars diminishing and my pores shrinking. My skin looks and feels firmer! It has also helped to reduce the oil on my face fairly quickly! My favorite combination is 10 min of Red, 10 min of Green, 5 min of Yellow, and 5 min of Purple! The only down side to this is how heavy the mask is on your face. It puts a lot of pressure on the top of your nose and the stands included don’t help much. My advice is to use a long flat pillow and curl both ends up so that your head rests between them. This way the pillow holds the mask for you!

My experience with customer service was absolutely the best. My mask arrived in what appeared to be an opened box. I contacted NewKey in regards to the packaging and my concerns over the viability of the mask since it was opened. Much to my delight, the took my suggestion to enhance the packaging via more tape on the box. All the responses from NewKey were professional, quick, and they were anxious to be sure I was happy with my purchase. If you have questions or concerns dont be afraid to contact them.Onto the mask, I have only used it a few times for my roseacea, focusing on the blue/red/yellow lights. I can already see improvement. I am using the mask 10 -15 minutes daily. I can only imagine what regular use will bring me for benefits. Its a lot of money, but long term its cheaper than going to the doctors or spas for the same services. The mask is simple and easy to use. I make my sessions "spa like" turn on some Ocean waves background noise and those 15 minutes are often the best part of my otherwise hetic day.

Mask seems to work, however it is heavy and you must lie down. This is ok but the mask is still too heavy so the manufacturer provided some plastic stands that attach to the sides of the mask. These stand attempt to hold the some (but not all) of the weight off your face. The stands are cheap and the design is poor and mine are now broken- see pics. The company should have designed the mask with pads that keep it comfortably off your face. Update, The company sent me new set of stands that will hopefully last longer than the old set. I'm adding a star to 4 stars due to good customer service, but leaving off one star due to design. I will attempt to fashion some small foam pads to keep the mask off my face, when the stands break in the future.

Terrible! Too heavy on your nose! Tried EVERYTHING to fix it....gave it away:(

Really works, was pleasantly surprised. Only using the 3 power setting on my fair skin, Red color, and seeing a great improvement in wrinkles. Wish I’d gotten years ago. Kinda heavy, but I lean back in my pillow. They need to give you hard rubber goggles with it, though (-1 Star). The soft goggles they gave me left me with blurry eyes. My goggles were about $4 on here. Love this:.

I am very pleased with my purchase. This is a much better investment than the cheap drugstore brands which have a limited life.
