It really works!
I used this on my Canon TR8620 and it worked like a charm. All but two jets were working poorly or not at all. I ended up cleaning four jets, all except the main jet for PGBK, which sees by far the most use. I used one 20ml syringe full, 5ml per jet. Now the nozzle check looks perfect. A few suggestions: (1) Change the paper towel under the printhead for every 5-10ml of solution you squirt through the jets. I ended up soaking the highly porous sponge like material under the paper towel. I actually took that out and rinsed it out. (2) The yellow adapter does not really fit over the smaller jets. I had to hold it firmly in place or most solution would have leaked. As I expect to use this again in the future for the same printer (3) please provide refill bottles for the solution. I would hate to needlessly buy all those plastic parts again and through the old ones in the trash.

Works Great!!!
My Cyan stopped working on my HP Printer so I went to YouTube University on how to fix it, the guy troubleshooting spoke highly of this product so I thought I’d give it a try. I was extremely impressed with how well it worked. I used the product on my printer, waited the 24hrs like the instructions and the gentleman exaggerated then went to my printer maintenance and printed the clean print head page and there it was the Cyan worked first try. I recommend this product 100% 10 thumbs up. I’m probably going to buy another just to have.

Great kit. Simple to use but may not fix your printer problem
This is a great kit for cleaning a printhead. I have an HP Officejet 8600 Plus. It came with clear instructions. Took me less than 30 minutes from start to finish including clean up. If you have a printer with any errors relating to "damaged cartridges" it may not fix your issue. This was a great diagnostic before spending more $$. In my case, I had a problem with Cyan and Yellow cartridges and tried everything, in the end I had to replace the printhead. I will continue to buy this kit when I need it!

Incomplete instructions, no user support
When my HP 8600 gave me the dreaded "There is a problem with the printer or ink system" adn refused to print, I spen hours researching the problem and attempted several fixes, including cleaning the print head with alcohol and a syringe, to no avail. I purchased a Brother MFC-6890CDW from a colleague that turned out unable to print anything at all! So, with two defective printers, I decided to give this product a try, having viewed their convincing (conniving?) video. Sadly, the product is grossly misrepresented. The instructions are very sketchy; they do not tell or show you how to fill the syringe with the cleaning solution. They do not indicate the function of the additional small parts that come with the product (they appear to be adapters of some sort, but none of them are attachable to either the syringe tube or the solution bottle. The one and only attachment that BARELY fits the syringe tube won't fit the inkjet inlets on the Brother printer. Finally, the instructions indicate "If any problems with the product arise or you need general support please reach out to Best printers via Amazon directly so we can provide support" (sic). However, there is NO support conduit to the vendor via Amazon - only a link to a "brand" home page containing a menu bar with uninformative links. Very deceptive and unhelpful. Like others here, I, too, am forced to order a new printer. I also had purchased new ink cartridges for the Brother to help ensure that it would work - making this product all the more a waste of my time and money.

GOOD PRODUCT, WELL DESIGNED, BUT...
Did nothing for my printer. But I don't think the problem is a clogged print head. I used the whole bottle, warmed up as instructed. Black print head flushed out completely. Pretty neat how the liquid sprays out of the print head like a ribbon. Flushed completely until the outflow was completely clear, no trace of ink. Still getting same result--test prints have ZERO black. Not even smudging or faded print--It's just a clean white sheet of paper with only the Cyan and Yellow bands. My magenta is not printing either. Since I had no cleaner left, I flushed the nozzle for magenta on the color print head, using just air pressure. Forced out all the magenta until none left. Before all this, I filled all my ink levels to the max. Also tried all the cleaning option utilities. FLUSH option used ONE FOURTH of my inks. Ink tubes inside are completely filled, the black and the colors. Have done several resets, test patterns, even documents. Absolutely NO black, no text. Just a clean white sheet of paper, no smudges. NADA. I'm sure this is a great product but apparently clogged head isn't my issue. THIS IS WHY I DIDN'T RATE ANY FEATURES. Had to give an overall rating but gave 4 stars only because I don't know how it would have done if I did have a clogged print head. I guess I'll buy a new Canon G6020. This one lasted me only 2 years, and I rarely used it.

It works but…
We had two printers that needed to be cleaned. One printer was the Brother MFC-J835DW and an Epson XP-446. After watching the video on how to clean the printers, both printers printing issue did not resolve. For the Brother, the black ink still would not print. After examining the line, we noticed the black ink was not flowing at all, as if there was no seal allowing the ink to flow through the line. The colored ink flowed freely and printed with no issue. For the Epson, we got it to print but the print head was causing it to smear the colored ink then all of a sudden the printer shut down and would not turn back on. Both printers we have to recycle now.The solution does work, but beware it may not resolve the issue at all. The only way you can fully clean the print head is to remove the print head and flush the fluid through it, if possible. I think the print head was damaged after cleaning it on the Epson printer due to it rubbing against the paper towel, hence the smeared ink when printing. The cost for the actual product is too high. You get everything you need, but the bottle of solution is enough to clean just one printer one time. I would not attempt to clean the printer, but just buy a new one.

Great Tool
This product was recommended by Youtube video. It worked great on my HP Smart Tank 7301. I cleaned the cyan on the printhead and was back up and running.
